Drive Thru Arrival - 7:13pm 10/2 WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Manager, Kyla, needs to be fired!! She had a horrible attitude from the start of taking orders at the drive-thru window throughout the cycle of my order process. I asked for a Med #6. I had a request for my fries to be made to order w/my Spicy Chicken sandwhich w/mayo only! She said “It’s going to take longer to recook your fries.” I said, “Ma’am, I don’t want recooked fries. I’d like fresh fries made to order please.” When I FINALLY got to the window, this manager held on to my food bag while she had a whole conversation with another manager for about 3-4 minutes. I tried to politely interject by saying “excuse me” TWICE. She continued to ignore me while still holding my food. Another employee from the food making line tried to get her attention. She gave him the evil eye and he then dropped his head and looked at me helplessly. That confirmed that she knew I was trying to get her attention after being in line for well over 30 minutes already. Then she forcefully and rudely pushed my wrinkled food bag she held onto in my face with a “Hunh”, once she felt like it. I checked my chicken sandwich, which had cheese, lettuce and tomato on it. I gave it back after telling her it was wrong. She snatched it out my hand and told the food line to “remake it” - No instructions!! So I said out loud that it should be with mayo only please and the fries were cold with too much salt. Would you please provide fresh HOT fries made to order. She leans over the food line counter to say something and when she leans back, she said out loud purposefully, “I know you did!” Next, My chicken sandwich comes back…w/no fries. I checked it. This time with cheese, lettuce, tomato and bacon. I told her the sandwhich was still wrong and I was still missing fresh hot fries. She snatched it again. This time I asked the other person she was talking to for the manager’s name (which is how I learned Kyla’s name and that she was the M.O.D.). She said she was a manager also, but was leaving. I asked her for the rude manager’s name. She was nervous to say anything because, the rude one backed into her and gave her a look like she gave the other worker. So I said, “What is your name?” She told me “Kyla” with a nasty attitude! Meanwhile, the white female manager offered to ensure my chicken sandwhich was made correctly and DID! When she handed it back she apologized for the inconveniences. Kyla looked at her like she was wrong for doing so. The white female manager asked was I missing anything else, I told her that I still didn’t have fresh fries, nor my drink which was right in front of Kyla. Kyla almost threw my drink at me, being so forceful. The fries came by the other manager, STILL as bad as the first time. I chose to leave because I felt the situation wasn’t going to improve. Wendy’s on Galbreath and Winton Road.First they was backed up.I was ordering Pretzel bacon hamburger. I was behind another car as they was trying to get their order, well they got my order instead she open the beg there a blue sticker on the beg when she hand the beg back it was open so when I came up they want to give me the same bag and I told them I don’t want my food that was in another car. So the girl at the window had a attitude another lady came up. I guess she was the manager she said she will make another one. I could see the girl when fixing the fries she pick one frie at a time with her hand and put it in the cup. I took my bag the cars were already around the corner but I’m here to tell you watch out for Wendy’s on Winton and Galbreath Road the service there is poor and unhealthy. I don’t know what that girl had because she didn’t have any gloves on she did it with her bare hands, she was a light skin girl with two long braids in front and another was watching her had a pink hair cap on. Two nasty young girls that don’t need to work in a food establishment.Now would you want your food in another car she opened the beg. If I could give 0 stars tuh. First off if your point to raise the prices raise the damn quality. 2nd I ordered a Dave's double combo. I get all the way home and they gave me wedges and not fries. Omg. I call them....oh yes we ran out of fries....that would be nice to know before I get home and get surprised. The killer Part is I asked if they had baked potatoes and the girl said yes. But I said nevermind let me have the fries and drink. There was the opportunity to say hey maam we are subbing wedges for fries since we are out would you still like the baked potato. Nope touch like right. I ask for a refund and was told I couldn't get it until the next day. Just give me a store credit. This happened on 2/7. I return today 2/20 to redeem the credit. I was given just a sammich no fries no drink. Siiigh. No big deal. Get home and they put Asiago cheese on my sh1t. Smfh. Drive back up there and they say oh we was out of American cheese we have it now. Wow just wow. F this store f the workers and anything associated with it. No way there is this much stupid going on at one place. Hire a mf with a college degree and pay them some money at this point. I will not be eating at this location or any other wendys anyways.
