Oh where to start. First off not a single employee washes their hands and not a single employee was wearing gloves either. All the employees I dealt with today had an attitude bc I asked them to be more sanitary. Mind you one employee had a band-aid on making drinks which is a major health hazard. Another employee kept wiping their nose and going back to making drinks and never washing his hands. The employees running the registers were dealing with cash and then going around and messing with drinks and never washing their hands or putting on gloves afterwards which is another major health violation. The employee who was ringing up my order had to be told not once or twice but 5 different times what I wanted. It was literally 1 drink.... Then when it came time to pay it was $7.34, so I pulled out a $10 bill and put it on the counter and I told the cashier to hold on bc I had the change, he proceeded to just grab the $10 off the counter and ignore me, so when I went to hand him the 34¢ he was pissed off and told me "well I can't take that, bc I already rang it in the system" like ummm you didn't wait like I said, and instead just took it out of the $10 that I didn't even hand to you yet, and it doesn't mess with the system bc you're still having the same money in the drawer. Then top it all off the guy messed up the order bc it was supposed to be Reese's cups, and he gave me a Reese's pieces instead, and then was mad and cursed under his breath bc I asked him to make the correct order. All in all the employees working tonight were incredibly disrespectful, unsanitary, and it was a very poor experience. Hopefully in the future they learn to at least be sanity...
Read moreI ordered a from chocolate pb jackhammer, pecans, triple brownie very lightly blended.
First they made it from vanilla, when they brought the correct one they quickly put it in the bag. The young man with blonde hair who took the order glared at me for probably 10-20 seconds after I said to the young woman- “I’m sorry that was supposed to be from chocolate”.
Once I opened the bag the custard was in the smallest cup, but typically it’s in the larger cup due to the amount of toppings I paid for. There was one small piece of brownie and the cup was half full.
I mean really… you’re making ice cream. Why are you taking it out on me because you didn’t get the order right.. it’s not that deep 😂 If you don’t want to make customized custard choices then take away that option and have limited menu options.
It was $10.20 for half a cup of ice cream and 1/4 of the toppings I paid for. At least the young woman who took my payment was...
Read moreWe recently moved to a different side of town and are now closer to this Andy’s rather than the one on S Campbell.. we’ve gotten Andy’s probably four times now and each time it’s been pretty melty.. we never had this problem at the other location and it’s a bummer. I’m leaving a review because I wonder if other people feel this way? I know custard is softer but it’s like milk before we even get home (less than 5 minutes away which is much closer than our previous commute to the other location before moving). Service is always great, this isn’t a hateful review just.. wonder if their machines need serviced...
