Arby's — Restaurant in Springfield

This store needs help. When I first arrived it was 11:45 AM, & upon using the restroom, the soap was out in the Men’s room. As I went to order, there was only 1 couple ahead of me, & 1 table in use, so they weren’t super busy yet. After ordering a meal, I went to fill up my drink, & the medium lids were completely out. I had to go back to the front to have an employee get me one. Then I went to get ketchup, & the dispenser was out too. Thankfully they had packets, so I didn’t even bother to ask. I sat at a table & waited for over 10 minutes! They had gotten a little busier, & as they called my name, the table that had been there before me, went up in front of me. They apparently had the same name, & had been waiting even longer than I was! As I stood up near the front counter, they proceeded to hand out multiple other meals, to people who had gotten there way after me. Finally the gentleman who has taken my order asked where my food was. They informed him they had given it to the wrong person. As they tried to get my meal together (9 nuggets & a curly fry), the gentleman they had given my food to came back in. He then received his replacement while I was still waiting for mine! They lady who had mixed up the food, then asked me if I was fine with a combination of nuggets & tenders! I didn’t really care at that point & said it was fine. While still waiting, one of the guys from the table that has been there before me, walked up to inform them that they were missing some food from their order! A group of 2 guys that had been waiting to order, & observing everything, turned around & walked out without even being able to order. I finally got my food, & the gentleman who had taken my order told me that they for some reason gave me an extra fry (crinkle cut), & apologized for the all the problems. Once I finally sat down with my food almost 20 minutes after ordering it, another guy who had ordered after me, & sat down to eat, jumped up brought something up to the counter. He informed them that gods fish wasn’t cooked all the way! While they went to remake it, yet another person came back into the store stating that he had received the wrong food in his to-go order!! As I was finally about to leave, another group ordered & as they went to get their drinks, the tea was out. I worked in food service for 11 years, & this is unacceptable! There was barely an apology, & most of the staff besides the gentleman who has taken my order initially, didn’t seem to really care to be there. If not for the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, & the freshness of the food (even though I waited 20+ minutes for it), I would’ve...

Went through drive up - when 4 items cost you $27, you hope to get all your items. Guy at drive up handed me order- I looked in real quick asked for arbybsauce and Marina sauce- bright back Marina sauce- I again asked for arbybsauce- brought it back again- I drove off- hot home- missing a sandwich- tried calling 3 x on my way back to let them know I was coming back, no answer. 15 mins to drive back. manager in lobby on phone- I asked her if she was the manager? She said yes, I know why your heat- you drive off before he could tell you 2nd sandwich was still being sliced- then yelled for them to make me another one- I said I hope you can understand why I’m frustrated- he never told me he was waiting on the second sandwich- she was yelling at me to stop yelling at her- canceled my sandwich, refunded my money- acted like I grabbed it from her!! She was waiting and egging me on for a fight! I told her she had no business in management- she threatened me and said she would follow me into the parking lot!! Followed me to the door while still hurling threats! I understand customers can be out of line but this manager was out of line! Never will I spend another...

We were coming into town around 9pm (after driving 8 straight hours from OK) and spotted this Arby's right across from our hotel room, at the Holiday inn and Suites. We parked outside to order to go at the counter to take it back to our hotel room. When we came into the restaurant, the man in glasses behind the counter turned his back on us and said, loudly to the other 2 staff members on the line, "why do these people wait until the last minute to come in? Like where were they all day, for real?". No one even acknowledged us after that, so I told my husband to forget it, since I was too tired to ask what the problem was. On our way out the same person said something about us again, and I said (with my back turned to him this time) " yeah, I heard what you said" and we left. I was disappointed see that this location doesn't close until 10pm, and they didn't want to serve us 45 minutes before that.
