This was the worst experience I have had. Made my order in the drive through. A 36 dollar order to find out when I got to the window they were out of Roast Beef.... Hold on did I even need to say that isn't that in the name of the restaurant? So half of my order was already refunded to me. Then I was asked to pull forward. Which there was already a truck ahead of me. So I pulled up to a safe distance in front of me.... about 3ft behind the car in front of me. Apparently where I was parked was not far enough for the next person to pull to the window so this upset the lady running the window and the person behind me. So the lady running the window then came out and asked me to move farther forward.... again I didn't feel safe to do so and told her to ask the people in front of me to move forward and I would..... she then stormed off inside. Shortly returning with my bag. (Good thing I didn't pull forward right) if I had I would still be sitting there waiting to move as the car in front of me was still there. I get home and I missing the iconic curly fries that I ordered. So safe to say out of all the times I have visited this restaurant in the past 6 years. Probably 200 or so times. Today was my very last. This location will not get another dime from me again. Horrible horrible customer service. The guy taking our order was nice but the gal putting our order together was rude. She acted as tho we were putting her out asking for condiments because the dining room was not clean and stocked. The condiment tubs were empty and the condiment counter was disgusting. The dining room needed to be cleaned. The restaurant wasn't busy so there was time for someone to clean and stock everything. We eat at this location when we eat at Arby's but this experience will cause us to alter our dining choice next time. I guess some employees forget WHY they have their job. Customer service means nothing anymore. We're also very disappointed that the 3 pepper sauce is no longer offered. As Arby's learned from the potato cakes debacle, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. When I got to the window it was a man named Logan who decided not to give up the girl's name who was very rude to me in the window for this review...... Everybody stared at me through the drive-thru window so I felt like I should check my food once I left..... It's been awhile since I've been to Arby's so I ordered a medium roast beef and the lady argued with me about a double roast beef...... Will never go back to this Arby's again.... I asked for ranch and marinara with my mozzarella sticks and I only received one marinara sauce.
