My family of 9 came into eat just a little after 11 am on Saturday, February 11th. We sat at a round table in the back. The waitress took our drink order and brought our drinks to the table efficiently. She took our food order (3 large pizzas) and brought plates and napkins to the table while the pizza was cooking. The pizza was brought to our table during this time and we realized we didn't have enough silverware & needed some ranch. The waitress never checked on us after our food was delivered to the table. My nephew went to the counter to get what we needed. Time went on and my husband had to flag down a waitress to get a refill on his Sprite. I looked around the dining room and there was only three other tables that were full. Most the wait staff was standing around visiting and one was playing with her hair in the kitchen. Finally after getting someone's attention they sent over our waitress. She got my husband a refill but didn't ask the rest of us if we needed anything else. A couple of us were getting low on our water so we could of used a refill. In a few minutes we had to get someone's attention to get refills on our waters. Still noticing the same wait staff (mentioned earlier) playing with her hair around the food. We paid by credit card & my brother in law had to take it to the register to be taken care of. The food was delicious but the service was poor. Waitress & staff were definitely...
Read moreArris Pizza catered my wedding, and they were fabulous from start to finish. They were the easiest vendor to work with through the entire process. I met them through the Springfield Bridal Expo. The food was delicious and really reasonably priced, especially for wedding food! They communicated with me throughout the whole process, and went above and beyond to make me feel special as the bride. The tasting was wonderful, and the chef was super accommodating to any requests we had. We had some pasta with gluten-free noodles, and one guest who is vegan, gluten and dairy free, not only did Arris make her her own little lasagna, they had made a separate salad for her as well with special dressing. It is little things like that that really impressed me. For our wedding, we were able to pick four pastas, two types of salad and breadsticks. They were very responsive, set up quickly and made the buffet line run smoothly. We had several friends and family tell us the pasta was delicious! Arris even made me a (HUGE) to-go container of a pasta I loved. :) I can't recommend them enough, and will be using them for all catering needs...
Read moreWe put in a pick up order for 5:45pm and I called a bit later (at around 4:10pm) to ask if I could change it to 5:15pm. The lady on the phone was a bit rude and said "I'll see if I can." I arrived a little bit after 5:15, and again the cashier was a bit rude as I paid. I was told my order wasn't ready and so I waited for a while until another girl checked on my order. It was loud in the restaurant, but I heard her tell someone else that my order hadn't been put through (they couldn't find the ticket), but she didn't bother to tell me until I verified what I had heard. I asked for a refund and she said okay, but again did not communicate with me that I needed to wait for a manager, and then turned to help another customer. When the manager arrived, she didn't acknowledge me until she handed me back my card and refund slip. At that point she did apologize about the issue. I don't like to leave a bad review and I know that places are struggling right now, but last couple of times the food has been burnt, service incredibly slow, and after yesterday I don't think...
