Read moreThis is our local Braums that we used to frequent often. But recently the quality of the food has been going down hill. Primarily, it has been the breakfast. Orders also have not been right, mistakes happen, but the quality of the food is something that can be controlled for the most part during preparation. This morning my wife stopped to get 4 breakfast bagel sandwiches. The bagels were so uneven that one side was barely being held together after they were sliced. Portion size is also not very good. My bagel was burned on one side of the bagel and the cheese looked like it was put on 3 days ago. See pics.
Absolutely surprised we were approached almost immediately by a new manager we had never seen before, order was taken, orders were being prepared and paid for in the first couple of minutes. Then the same manager immediately help another customer that had already ordered, grab what they needed and asked us again if we were good. Before this new manager we would have stood at the ice cream for at least 5 minutes while employees walked by and never acknowledged us.

Read moreThis has been a great place, great service more often than not. However the last time I was there the lady was very rude and not customer friendly. After minutes at the drive through box I said hello and was told I will have to wait. The day before the drive through was shut down so I was really just checking to make sure it was working. I understand short staffing but to come on and tell me to hold on you will be with me shortly is not asking to much. So a few minutes later I got my order placed. I get to the window and the same voice takes my money and tells me pull forward they will bring my food out. After over 15 minutes I went in and requested my money back but magically the food had just got done. I could except all of this had I been spoken to as a customer should be. Words like we are sorry but there will be a wait or give us a minute we are running behind allow me to know what my situation is. To talk to me in a disrespectful manner is unacceptable to me. A young man in lobby as I was leaving did say he was sorry for the wait and that helps. Had someone did that in the beginning my experience and feelings would be completely different. This is the first complaint I have ever written about a business. I normally just don't go back but at a place I know that has a lot of very good people working there I hate that a rude unpleasant person would reflect...
