Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Springfield

I decided to go to braum's after I deposited my check, I walk in and there's two girls standing at the counter and no quicker than I got my foot inside did they say cash only!! Who takes cash only, the girl responded our systems have been down since Tuesday.... I said Tuesday I said that's 3 days... So I left I decided I'll go back to my bank and withdraw cash which I did I go back walk in the door and there's six people in front of me.... So I'm in line and I noticed it's taken forever, about that time I see a guy headset so I was like you know what I'm just going to go through the drive-thru there's no wine... I get my vehicle pull around to the drive-thru and there's a sign on the drive-thru that says lobby only... INCOMPETENCE all the way around... From the corporate office all the way to the people that are working there... I guess they assume that nobody is going to go get cash and come back so they have three people working their store and close the drive-thru, I have limited time for lunch because I am working like most of America and I wasted it jumping through hoops at braum's trying to get some food, so now I will work until 7 pm with absolutely nothing to eat...as everyone knows braum's customer base is mostly older folks, and I don't know about everyone else but I don't think I have met an old person that doesn't carry cash on them, because they sure don't like using technology, as that is their right, but my point is if u are catering to mostly old people why would you close your drive-thru and cut all your staff because you know they're going to have cash???? I like Braums go there for Milk, Ice Cream, and once in a while eat from their fast food menu, this time ordered Rt 44 drink large order of fries took home, the fries were horrible they weren't cooked properly and I think the old lady that gave them to me knew that, any other time the fries are great, this time of took away my French Fry happinesses good bye $2.79 money spent on gross food due to its cooking Pathetic! Went there again horrible went there to get food from their grocery section a man standing at check out got mine went in line behind him looked around no service person even looked like they were going to help I went to the check out line for food with my product after standing in line for at least 10 minutes when it was my turn to order my drink and pay for my item the girl walks away preparing drinks for the previous person I had already been there 15 minutes the old lady with the words assistant manager walked by and I stopped her said can I get some service here this man the one before me had been there for 30 min without no service she proceeded in checking my items out plus what I purchased food wise while I was waiting in line people asking for ice for drink dispenser and the old lady taking their cup back behind the line getting ice from the drive thru telling consumer's has to be done that way. I really love braums. The food, the environment, the young helpful employees, but I mistakenly parked in the parking lot and while sitting inside my vehicle with my family waiting for my table at the restaurant next door the manager came outside and began to write down license plates and other vehicle information. I was unsure why but after about 5 mins of the male walking around writing information on a clipboard I rolled down my window to ask him if he did not wish for us to park there. He informed us it was illegal to park there if we were not customers of braums. I apologized and informed him we were unaware and he returned with a smart remark. I was shocked by how he handled the situation, and felt he could have kindly come up to our vehicle and told us about the parking situation in a more pleasant manner. Furthermore the signs that were posted in the parking lot were very difficult to see and were located behind our vehicle staked in the grass. I felt it would have been better placement to put the signs higher possibly on the light poles amongst the parking lot making them more visible and more likely that other people that visit from out of town would know about the parking violation and Braums...
