Very poor unprofessional customer service from the young man working evenings. The cashier with long hair was very, very disrespectful and very unprofessional. Completely uncalled for the worst customer service. I have ever experienced at any cases convenience store He was just very rude and would not sell me a drink because I asked when the donuts were made. And he said, 6:00 am this morning which it was 1:37 am so I simply said to him, then that would have been yesterday morning. So he got very angry and upset over That and snatched my drink off the counter and said, i'm not selling you a drink or anything because you were being rude about the donuts. Which all I said was I asked him, what time the donuts were made, and that was all. So he refused to sell me a drink.And threatened to call the cops when I simply said, i'm just trying to pay for my drink. He definitely should not be working. A customer service job, especially a cashier. Because he has no experience with customers services. And he's very disrespectful and unprofessional and very childish. I ordered a pizza from here at 3:51pm the online order said it be done by 4:06pm. When I got there the pizza was just being made. That was quite bothersome but I wanted to be patient. I then waited 20 minutes and watched as a lady mopped around dirty cardboard in the floor. Avoiding to pick it up then got in the other cooks way who was behind and was making a mess and wiping every surface with dish rag. Making everything unsanitary, till the cook noticed and had to get on to her and tell her to clock out because she was causing major problems. Then I had to wait because a customer who walked in yelled at the cook for causing a scene. It was incredibly stressful to hangout at gas station and watch a bunch of people yell at each other. I have been in this specific Casey’s multiple times. I work for DoorDash. There is one young man that works in the evenings that goes above and beyond. I do not know his name, but he goes above and beyond to greet every customer with a smile, he makes sure to know what order I am picking up. The lady that was working in the kitchen that day was very rude to him, yelled at him in front of multiple customers and told him to go back to what he’s doing. She knows how to do her job. Tonight I placed a mobile order and sat in my car waiting for it. The two guys that are working were standing outside at a car for at least 20 minutes smoking and carrying on.
