I called the call center today at 8:15 in the evening went to pick my food up 20 minutes later got all the way home to realize that my food was not right I don't know who to really blame the person who was answering the phone who was not listening apparently because the receipt was completely wrong I believe that someone in the system needs to train a little bit better and the service on East Main Street in Springfield Ohio is also very poor for employees standing around talking doing absolutely nothing but my food is not made right when I asked for them to remake my food after returning back to the store I was told by the shift manager Jeff that they don't do that I had to call the call center in order for them to fix my order so I called them right in front of Jeff the shift manager at Cassano's on East Main Street Springfield Ohio so that he knew that I was calling the call center tells me to speech Kate Moss I shouldn't have to speak to whoever they should be taking orders the correct way and not hearing what they want to hear listen to what the person is saying not what you want to hear my husband is allergic to mushrooms and what did they do put mushroom sauce all over his sandwich I believe that they need to pep up their step in the business of hospitality in the restaurant I would never work for Cassano's in Springfield Ohio not the one on East Main anyway please address this issue that is going on...
Read moreOrdered online for pickup (app said 20 minutes). Arrived at the drive thru, the girl said she didn’t have an order for me. I showed her my phone, she magically found the order, and brought out a large pizza and 2 sodas (not my order). She said she thought my order was a different one and that they were making my pizza now. 25 minutes had already passed. I sat at the drive thru window for 20 more minutes with another car behind me. There was no one in sight behind the counter the whole time I sat there. They must’ve all been hiding in the back. I finally rang the bell at the window and a young guy came to the window. I said I was checking on my order and that there were more customers behind me and that the girl never asked me to pull forward or anything. He looks out the window at the other car and says, “it’s alright”, and walked away. By this time the woman behind me was on her way into the store and was understandably heated! I finally got my luke warm, overcooked pizza and went home. I sat down to eat and it was the saltiest thing I’ve ever put in my mouth in my entire life (I ordered light salt). Completely inedible. I called customer service and they transferred me to the district manager and said if she doesn’t answer she’s on another call and she’ll call you right back. LOL, yeah, right. I’m still waiting. I won’t...
Read moreOrdered a medium pizza. Should have been 40 minutes. Company said they tried to deliver at 30 mins after I made the order. This is never the case. Any order delivered is either at the mark they suggested or waaaay late. This is the 3rd time having issues with Cassano's. They said the driver called. There was no call. They said the driver came to my house. No one came to my house within the hour it took for me to finally call their customer service number. I was outside the whole time. Customer service was a joke and even stated it would be 120 minutes for them to remake a medium pizza and deliver it at less than 1 mile away. They stated they were able to offer 25% off. To me that's unacceptable and should be dealt with accordingly. Evidently there are ppl in Springfield trying to get handouts on the regular. So the taste in my mouth that was left is not delicious Cassano's pizza, but bitter lack of a controlled of the way they run a business and their stores. Domino's or Donatos might be better suited for anything related to the pizza industry now....
