I frequent Classic Rock often and will definetly go back. I am writing this deserving review as You have earned it. My coworker was drinking one of your protien shakes so I wanted to try one. I walked over to your store and walked to the counter to order, no other customers at the time, I talked to the nice Lady about the protien shakes and had one question. A male employee asked me to move over while I decide so he could help another lady with her order! Myself and the female employee were both shocked. I stood there a minute as I was going to be patient but decided this was very rude and poor customer service. I decided to leave and grab a snack elswhere. Another customer saw how I was treated and left also. We discussed it and she assured me I had every reason to be upset. I wasn't upset but just kind of felt a kid and you took my ice cream away . This is the first time I was treated rudly at one of their establishments. Will I be back, yes I am hooked and like the company. I do however believe that particular male employee (heck he may own it) needs additional training. You may consider adding anouther Kiosk to take orders for more than one customer at a time, this may take your stress level down and you can put a smile back on your face. See you all again soon.

Read moreTook my mother and my wife here. My mother ordered a peach jasmine white tea, she asked if they could pour it over ice, they said no. So she asked for a cup of ice and did it herself. I ordered an Iced ginger plum tea, they forgot about it and let it steep for at least 10 minutes. I dont know if they know how hibiscus works but every minute that goes by THE MORE TART IT GETS. After my food arrived and I still didnt have my tea I went up to the counter and asked for my tea. A couple minutes later they yelled it out. I asked if they remembered the honey I asked to be put in, they said yes, however there was none in there. Instead of remaking the tea, the guy said here's some honey, handed me a bottle and I proceeded to add cold honey to an ice cold tea...... The story doesnt end here.... After paying 50 dollars for breakfeast, two out of three entrees had the wrong side, and the chicken on top of the "chicken and waffles" entree was ice cold. I Will never come back here, the "baristas" dont care. They would rather make personal phone calls on the job than make your beverages the way you ordered them. Read moreStaff needs training. My wife and I are considered serious coffee drinkers. So much, we bought a coffee farm in Colombia. She heard about this place through a friend. I was most excited to visit because I wanted to see the roaster machine and taste the fresh roasted coffee. I was hoping to taste something to remind me of when I was in the Colombian mountains sipping on coffee. I asked the cashier simple questions about the coffee and she could not answer anything. She replied, I just work at the front counter you'd have to come in the morning to ask the person who roasts the beans. My wife ordered a cappuccino, she received it cold. She sent it back to have a new one made. The second one looked like it was a couple shots of espresso with cream splashed in it. I told her to take it back, but after taking a sip she was not impressed by the taste at all. Both her cappuccino and my Americano was extremely bitter. I just put our drinks on the counter and left with disappointment. Attached is what her cappuccino looked like without her stirring it and only having one sip.
