I have Celiac Disease and cannot have gluten. Gluten will leave me sick for weeks at a time. I've had to resort to frozen GF pizza, and that stuff tastes terrible, is overpriced, and comes in only one size. Most pizza restaurants use a frozen GF crust provided by Udi, and that crust is among the worst. When I learned Coburg has a GF crust in multiple sizes that they themselves make and are very careful about cross contamination, I had to try it. The price made me wince, but that's okay! That makes it a treat for me. I got my fav, black olives and pineapple (fav since childhood), and it was ready for pickup on time. It tastes DELICIOUS! I had to take a minute because I thought I was gonna cry. It was difficult for me to believe it was GF because it tastes amazing, which is rare for GF pizza. Now I'm kicking myself for not trying it sooner seeing as I may be moving out of the area soon. Oh, and if there was cross contamination, it must be so minor that my absurdly sensitive body didn't even notice. Fair warning, when you order extra cheese you will be getting A...

Very disappointed !!! Several things I have to say is one. There is no heat in the bathroom. Two there is absolutely no hot water in the bathroom to wash your your hands with !!! And also not very clean !! and also I don’t like the way they cut half the building off. Reserved for parties only. OK I get it if there’s a party booked for that day. But other than that can’t they let people sit over there. There’s not that many places here in town that you can have a piece of pizza and sit by a fireplace. does it make sense? No, it doesn’t. Like I said, if there was a party booked for that room great. But if not, let people sit over there and enjoy the nice atmosphere and the fireplace. To me the draw is here the fireplace. !!! The food is pretty good and the prices are pretty good, but it’s cold in that building. You guys should really think about putting in some better heat. And do yourselves a favor and take down that sign that says reserved only for parties. Sorry for complaining so much but you...

Ordered a three sisters pepperoni, Milano chicken garlic, chicken Alfredo pasta and buffalo wings. The pepperoni pizza and buffalo wings were awesome, but the pasta was overbaked on top, which seems to happen every time I order it for my daughter, which is frustrating when she has a hard time eating a dried out pasta dish. I substituted the chicken off of the Milano pizza and added pancetta instead and it’s like they didn’t know what to do with the pizza from that. They added way too much tomato and sauce which made it almost inedible, because it made it into this wet mess that turned the whole pizza soggy. Not what I expect from coburg with the amount of money spent.

Edit: Coburg Pizza Conpany actually called me after my review was posted asking me how they can make it better. I was quite blown away they go out of the way like that to keep their customers happy. Super impressed! Glad there’s restaurants that still care about service. Will happily go back...

Coming from the NY/NJ area, I am definitely spoiled when it comes to pizza. I do enjoy trying pizza wherever I go to see how different areas do it. Coburg Pizza company is an interesting experience. I ordered both pasta and pizza to sample both. The pasta was very enjoyable. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and had them add some sausage. For the pizza I did a boring sausage and pepperoni. The sauce was acceptable and the level of cheese was fine. I thought the toppings were adequate. I just couldn't get behind the crust. I went with their thicker crust. I wonder if I would've liked their thinner crust better 🤷🏼‍♀️. I thought the service was great! All in all though, if you're in the area, it's worth checking out.

De-lic-ious!! So good just ordered a thin crust three sisters pepperoni and I was not disappointed. First of all the crust was perfect, great chew to crunch ratio. Just the right amount of sauce and enough cheese to please! So much pepperoni each bite was nice delight. Next up was the Idaho baked potato pizza. This was a regular crust that had married the toppings well. Each bite took me to flavor town with a little bit of butter and cheese and sour cream it is a potato lovers dream. The only thing I would add to this is some bacon crumbles and it would be a home run.

So delicious! We ate here for the 4th and were pleased to see it wasn't packed. The outdoor seating was great, the sausage pesto pasta was my favorite. Our table also ordered the garlic parm wings, and knots, a medium double smoked pepperoni pizza with alfredo sauce, and a small smoked pepperoni, Canadian bacon & pineapple pizza with garlic butter instead of sauce. Everything was so good I had to ask the cooks name to say thank you, it was Dylan (sp?) btw, and he is truly gifted. Thanks for a great lunch in Springfield!
