Came in to pick up my food which has been sitting for over a hour. I had been waiting on a call. Which I never got. Usually when you order food from a place they call you when it's ready to be picked up. The waitress didn't clarify that their policy is for you to come in when you think it's done. So I came in to see what's was going on. My food was just sitting there. Then I asked one waitress (Megan) about it and she kept walking towards the back . So I asked another lady how long has my food been there cause it's been over an hour. She say with a attitude, " well we don't call". So I'm a little frustrated about the situation and ask why wouldn't anyone call if it has been there so long. Then the manager Courtney comes, and say the same thing! which I don't understand cause it's been so long! all of the waitress even the manager had a attitude! Megan and Courtney were so rude. Courtney told the cook to remake my food then she starts Whispering in front of my to the cook and laughing after she put my order in. The worst customer service I've ever encountered. She was trying to argue with me about it and I'm telling her I'm not here to argue I'm just not understanding why my food has been sitting there for so long with no calls. Like I'm supposed to know your policy! This is not the first problem I've had with them they've gotten my order wrong plenty of times food is always undercooked and staff is always rude! The manager made it seem like it was my fault that my food was sitting there for over an hour. I pretty much feel like they spit in my food. Worst place ever don't go there horrible staff. Food is not good. And again my order is wrong! I asked for mayo & pickles on the side and didn't even get utensils salad is not eatable! then I go back in and ask for pickles and utensil and the manager has a attitude and makes me feel like I'm a problem. The minics me as I'm walking out and say I didn't get my pickles! I'm in wow 😳 I can't not believe how unprofessional she is all because I don't know there policy. I could've went to McDonald's and got better...
Read moreWe came to Prime Time today at 9am for breakfast to celebrate a 21st birthday. We RSVPd for 20 people, and had a few stragglers show up. They sat at a table that was not reserved behind us. The server Kim came over and told them they had to move because that table was reserved for 10am but just didn't have a sign. Someone in our group recommended that we swap places of the reserved table and another table so we could all be together. Kim got snarky and told them sure but if anymore showed up they'd be unable to accommodate us. At this point, I recommended we leave and give our money to a different restaurant that would be accommodating and appreciative of the business. Since we had already ordered drinks and started tabs, we decided to stay. Kim eventually came over and told the woman that recommended we swap tables that that was a great idea and she hadn't thought of it. We thought all was good. We all ordered food, and every group had their own tabs. When the food came out, Kim said there was a lot of food and a lot of people had moved seats and they were going to do their best (in an aggressive tone of voice). When we said none of us moved seats, she immediately snapped back about how she meant that some people on the same tab were sitting at different tables. Okay, whatever, no big deal. The attitude was completely uncalled for and we did not appreciate the way that we were treated when we were there to celebrate a joyous occasion. We understand that group was large, and there was a lot going on, but we were patient, understanding, and kind. I know Prime Time has the capacity to serve large groups because I've gone to several events here. The other server was wonderful. I don't recall her name but she was a younger woman.
I celebrated my bridal shower here a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience, but I know we are not the only ones that have had terrible experiences with Kim. I do not believe that we will continue to support a business that allows their employee to treat customers...
Read moreThis is an "old favorite" among locals of Springfield and East Eugene. It's located in a dense spot off Mohawk and is centralized for Springfield residents.
It has been known as the local hang out for the last several years, but not because the place is amazing, but because it's one of the only bars that wasn't ran by regulars. It's needed an image change for a while now and the owners of the place have really done an excellent job making it more of a sports bar than a sad pool hall.
The food is pretty good too. The breakfast choices are the real gem, but even the "bar food" is good. The prices aren't too out of range, but it may be a shocker to you if you're used to the old Prime Time.
There are TVs everywhere and everything gives the impression of cleanliness and modernization.
I'd you haven't been here in a while, give it a try. It's shedded some of its "elderlyness."
Edit: it's been known to be slow service, yet when I went on a Saturday night, the service...
