So last night Culver's failed, I went through the drive thru and order 3 meals. After some wait I get my order and left. I get back to my house to give my kids there food and I find out I did not receive but one burger and 3 fries. When I call I get treated like I'm trying to still from them and ask if I got 2 bags witch I did not. I got offerd or me to come back and pick them up or get a coupon sent to me. At this point it was already late and this was for my kids I had to go back. I get told that as a favor they will make it fread for me. So the other option was what give me the ones that sat on the counter till I get back no thanks. I get there and all I got was the 2 burgers that I already paid for. I had to order another meal for from someone that I thought was not home at the time. After getting that order with the 2 burgers I realized they forgot the drink. It's at this point I get really upset. I go inside and try to ask for my drink and another employee came up and interrupt me and took the one trying to help me away. I stand there for about 2 min then she comes back I ask for the cup and make my drink then leave. With all this we get back to the house and found out they eather re-cooked or over cooked the patties all are fries are now cold my kids just fed them to the dog and had something fast from the house. They were arguing with the manager, and the manager was very dismissive and not helpful. The person who took my order typed it in wrong the first time simply because he assumed instead of clarifying with me if I wanted a meal. The food itself did not take very long to come out. I was handed my food and dismissed. I had to remind him that I had ordered ice cream as well. He had looked in the cooler and stated they made it incorrectly and would make it again. At this point I was completely forgotten about. Inside there were no customers to help and all of the employees up front were just talking and standing around as I was still waiting for my ice cream. Eventually after about 10 minutes, I walked back up to the front counter to ask if my ice cream had been made, to which the person checked in the cooler and there it had been this whole time. Read moreI ordered a pretty simple meal and they somehow missed on every single item. I ordered a 4pc buffalo tender with onion rings and ranch and received a 4pc regular tender with fries and bbq sauce. The only reason they got the drink correct was because they double checked at the window. I've had problems with Culvers getting my order wrong before and usually they make it right, but not this time.
I didn't realize the rest of my order was wrong until I got home (15 minute drive). Because I was getting the food for someone else, I decided to drive back. The manager at the window wasn't apologetic at all. She made me give back the original order, which I was fine with, but judging by her tone, I felt like she was suspicious of me. It was as if she thought that I was doing this to try to get free food and not because my order was really messed up. I felt pretty insulted by the insinuation.
I was not compensated for the time that they wasted and I never got a genuine apology. The food itself is decent but not worth that amount of inconvenience. I won't...
