Read until the end: Firstly, I just want to say that sometimes technical stuff happens it's not the stores fault that the computers don't work...so everyone complaining about their order not going through don't always blame the messenger. Second, I want to say that building customer loyalty is what has happened to me tonight. I ordered a pizza tonight and when it was first delivered the guy delivering the pizza was super nice. I asked him how his night was and he said stressed. We joked about it only being Monday and he went on his way. Very friendly and I could tell he was tired working long hours. Probably an understaffed store with tons of orders coming in. But he was doing his best. Once I opened the box I saw that my garlic sauce and red pepper pizza was SWIMMING in sauce. I called the guy right back and he was very nice! He told me he would make it right and get a new pizza to me. I called the store and made sure they knew the situation as well. Few moments pass and the driver calls again to tell me he's very sorry and that he's going to make it up to me by bringing me a free two liter with my new pizza Let me tell you what...they have built a long Time customer in me. Not very often do have a pizza delivery driver make a bad situation right so quickly or in such a friendly, personal manner. Awesome customer service! SHOUT OUT TO JAMES SHANKS FOR BEING AN AWESOME DUDE!!! SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER MATERIAL RIGHT THERE!
Also wanted to add that while the middle of my original pizza sucked the crust is still BOMB! And I plan on eating the crust as bread sticks....
Read moreUpdate on Domino's horrible services. This time 6-15-2021 I called got the call center and was transferred to the store. The store picked up the phone and put it on hold and never answered. I arrived at this location was informed they don't answer the phone cause they can't hear it. If they turned the music down you could hear your customer. This location is horrible, a corporate inspector needs to come check our these business practices for 1 thing. The next thing is how many rules do you have to order a pizza? You can't place an order at a drive up, you can't call because they don't answer. Only option is to go inside, place your order and be asked 5 times "what was that" by the guys sitting on the counter when you walk in while you're on hold with the restaurant cause they won't turn their music down. These employees need to realize they are in the restaurant for customers and not for a social gathering with their friends listening to music. This is a joke of a store. Really need to get it together. Domino's in Springfield was much better when the Canadians had ownership.

They will get your order right at least 45% of the time. I posted my experience online with a picture of my horrible pizza in a tweet. I watched the employees holding a grey bucket full of nasty wet cheese marinara sauce oloves pineapples pepperoni and what looked like spinach and they were picking out each ingredient and placing it back into the containers...... They have a seethrough glass so i walked closer to peek inside the containers and i was so disgusted because i eat here regularly and i was shocked to see how filthy and cross contaminated each indivual container was. No one working seemed to care about the customers waiting in drive thru no one making pizzas wore gloves i watched a female employee named misty smoke a couple ciggarrettes outside and she came back in and did not wash her hands but instead began to reach into those filthy containers without gloves or clean hands and i watched her make 4 or 5 pizzas before she finally washed her hands and dissapeared for another ciggarrette. This place needs proper management. And when i asked for the garden salad they gave me the wrong one. I give up on coming back. I just wanted to share what i saw with everyone who eats here i was relieved because they gave me the pre packaged chicken salad and i was really hungry so i bought it and left with a salad and a sweet tea only then was i able to eat...
