I have been ordering from this location for 15+ years and I have never had any issues. Tonight was quite possibly the worst and most frustrating experience of my life. I place an order online as I always do, I ask for no garlic oil crust on two pizzas. The pizzas arrive and there is garlic oil on the crust of both pizzas. I call the store and kindly ask if they can be remade and the guy on the phone was incredibly rude and tried to tell me that all hand tossed pizzas had the garlic oil on the crust and that it can’t be removed, I told him that there is an option under special instructions while online ordering that says no garlic oil on the crust, I’ve ordered hundreds of pizzas with this special instruction before with no issue. He doesn’t apologize and says that the pizzas will be remade and sent out shortly. An hour goes by and the remade pizzas still haven’t arrived, so I call the store for an ETA and the guy who answers the phone couldn’t find the remake order so it was clearly never even processed and he tells me he’ll get them remade, but I ask him for clarification about the pizzas and he gets flustered and next thing you know some other guy is saying “hello?” and I’m confused at this point, and also say “hello?” it turns out I was handed off to a manager without even telling me. The manager get all my information and details about my order and says it will be delivered shortly, since I had him on the phone I went ahead and told him that this experience had been frustrating and he told me he would “mail me some coupons.” Well another 50 minutes later and the “remade” pizzas finally arrive and low and behold, one of them still has the garlic oil on the crust. Read moreThe last 4 times my food has been overcooked. Yesterday when I placed my order I requested that my Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bread Bowl not be overcooked since it had been 3-4 times in the past. A note was placed on my order to not over cook my food. I added the tip to my order before receiving my meal. Big Mistake!
The pasta bread bowl & the rest of my food was over cooked again. Some of the pasta was too hard to eat, there was barely any Alfredo Sauce and a Jalapeño Pepper was added to my Chicken Alfredo. There shouldn’t have been any Jalapeños in my order. I’ve been very sick for over 6 hours now from the meal.
The two orders of Cinnamon Twists & 1 order of Brownies were over cooked & not edible. I’m very disappointed and feel like this was intentional since I specifically requested that my food wouldn’t be overcooked. This was my favorite Pizza Restaurant in Missouri. Too many issues have happened and I no longer feel safe to order food from them.

Read moreI placed an order for 3 Alfredo bread bowls, knowing the bread bowl soaks up the sauce I order each one with extra sauce. When I pick up the order I look at the pastas and ask for another side of Alfredo sauce. Alex the crew leader says they are not allowed to give out extra sauce. I told him I would pay for it, he said there is no way to ring it up . ( I have a receipt stating EXTRA ALPHREDO PASTA SAUCE, if I was charged or not I do not know) I asked him if he could ring the entire order up again, he refused. He said he was not allowed to serve raw food, I told him I would wait for him to cook or remake whatever he needed. Again he refused. When I asked for the manager I was told they don't come in till 4, when I asked for a phone number he gave me a number to "Steve" the food was decent although dryer than I wanted.
