Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield

Placed an order that said 45 minutes for pick-up. Arrived a few minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, and sat at the pick-up window for 15 minutes before anyone even came to talk to me, after numerous people made obvious eye contact. After someone finally came to the window, they shouted my name out, and then proceeded to walk around for 10 more minutes, when another person comes up to the window and says someone will be with me shortly...

Get a text message a few minutes after that stating they had started making my order... Over 30 minutes past the pick-up time... Finally see my order come out of the oven, and hear the person cutting the pizzas yell my name, saying my order is ready. The original person shouted "He's at the window! Good sign, you'd think....

Nope. Sat there for another 7 minutes before I leaned out the window, knocked on the pick-up window glass, and told someone my order had been sitting there for almost 10 minutes, after I'd already been waiting nearly an hour AT THE WINDOW for my food.

In total, it was nearly a two hour wait, in addition to being an hour past the pick up time, for two pizzas.... Nothing comped, no apology, nothing. Have ordered a few times from this place since they've opened, and service gets worse every time. Started going there because their food was marginally cheaper and better than Marco's across the road, but at least I can count on Marco's service not being as garbage as this place.

I feel the one star I unfortunately have to give it is more generous than they deserve... They have lost...

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD !!!! I went there today I placed my order ahead of time. I arrived at the location to be to be told that i needed to use the drive thru( MIND YOU THE INSIDE WAS OPEN TODAY FOR servIce) I went to drive thru and WAITED 20 MINUTES IN DRIVE THRU AFTER I PAID MY FOOD WAS NOT GIVEN TO ME AND NO EXPLAINATION WAS GIVEN GIVEN FOR THE WAIT! I watched as OTHER went INSIDE and picked up their orders BEFORE MINE I patiently waited 20 MORE minutes NO EXPLAINATION or APOLOGY I then honked my horn and asked why? I was then told that they had issues (They had my money for over (40 minutes) so I ask for a refund after 1 HOUR WATING IN DRIVE THRU they then called me and said i am banned and dont come back !!!!! Then further said they would call the police on us! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION !!! I WILL BE CONTACTING...

We have often ordered from here as a fast, easy meal when we are grabbing a late dinner and don't want to cook. The local staff has been friendly and even during the pandemic we found it to be great service for a fast, contactless pickup. That has now changed! They have implemented a new system where you can ONLY online order or robocall order with no personal interaction. The online kicked us out multiple times before we could finish checkout. The robocall is ridiculous. The order is always wrong and if you try to delete the robocall order you get a customer service person at some corporate headquarters- who knows where. We couldn't get our local store on the line at all - not an option. Not worth it for us anymore. No customer service, no customer. From now on only LOCAL pizza places who value us...
