Dunkin' — Restaurant in Springfield

Not sure why I gave this Dunkin a try. I get door dash orders here and even tho it’s a convenient stop. I won’t be back unfortunately the employee rushed me though my order. Got to the window and immediately was handed my hash browns. I was waiting on my coffee and ate a hash brown. It was so hard and stale. I couldn’t believe it. I told her when she handed me my coffee that I couldn’t eat these and she turned around and picked though some In the hot holding unit ,I’m assuming she’s picking out the best looking ones. She came back to the window and I asked was it possible to get some fresh hash browns. She turned around and rolled her eyes and yelled “SHE WANTS FRESH HASH BROWNS” I waited about 30sec and realized I’m going to just get a refund for my order. Today I ordered a coffee from the Dunkin app to pick it up in side the store; I got the store after almost 10 minutes, but my ticket still was on printer and they didn’t touch it! After that I tried to tell them I order online, but nobody pay attention and they just doing their job and taking care of drive through line and even they didn’t look at me; so then I asked about who’s going to make my coffee, the lady (looks she’s manager over there, not sure, middle age up lady!) that was there get mad and she told me don’t talk to me when I am taking care of drive through customer! Finally another guy made my coffee and gave it to me. Two days in a row purchased a hot coffee. Both days had coffee grounds in my coffee so it must be old grounds. Tried calling to let them know and no one answers the phone. I question the cleanliness of their equipment, will not return. So after several months decided to strart trying this location again. I give up. I order my coffee the same way everyday for a week. My coffee is never the same!! Everything is premeasured aside from the flavor additive. 4 pumps is standard and good. But not one employee pumps the full pump!!! I ask for 6 pumps and still doesnt taste like 4. And a true 6 pumps is way to sweet!!! Some tap real quick on the pump, some go quarter or halfway down then dont pump come up all the way before next pump! Its just pure laziness!
