Trust the reviews. I hate complaining and often try to support local businesses. Dunkin’ Donuts is a chain I appreciate and have loved for decades.
This location has disappointed significantly.
Lead #1 working at 11:20am on 04/27/25 didn’t want to deal with anything and passed it on to another lead. Ariana had no more desire to deal with anything.
I placed an order via Door Dash. They had 2 of 35 total products ordered. Rather than substituting and or canceling the order. They sent it and made no edits to the total amount.
I was charged for the full amount only while only getting 2 products. Valued at 10% of the total amount.
The two leads on staff could not be bothered to assist or even attempt to contact the manager Katie. Even attempting to not share the managers name.
Instead there were worries about the rush they were currently dealing with. (Rushing to serve items they didn’t have?)
In any case I hope Katie does contact me and if she does I’d happily adjust this review accordingly.
The two leads on staff said this is on Door Dash to correct. They stated the Dasher should have compensated us or contacted DoorDash for the items Dunkin’ could not provide. Stating they had no way to reject the order, they had no iPad to share that they had no products. (We ordered donuts)
How would DoorDash be responsible for your inability to provide the products? Please know that I understand running out of things.
What I don’t understand is completing that order at full price despite providing 10% of the items charged for.
How is this on DoorDash? How would they know without accurate info from your store, that you didn’t have the items?
If you personally purchased 100% of a product and was in turn delivered 10%. Would you say “Oh no problem, I’m happy to pay 100% for 10% of said product?”
If your boss said hey sorry we don’t have enough to pay you 100% of your paycheck, but here is 10%. And no we won’t be giving you the 90% you actually worked for, are you going to just say, oh no worries, I understand.”
Yet both leads couldn’t be bothered to attempt to work towards a resolution. Even going as far as attempting to not share their names.
I do hope Katie and I can have a conversation. Thank you for...

America runs on just about everything else but Dunkin.
Today, 7/30/23 at about noon, I came in wanted a blueberry macchiato. My son wanted a donut and my wife an iced foam coffee of some sort.
I never tasted the blueberry in my drink. I’ve had them before at Dunkin’ always tasted blueberry.
But here’s some advice.
To the manager who stood there with 3 cash tills on the counter and told me “it will be a few minutes” as he verbally checked the schedule out loud instead of taking care of the customer standing right in front of him; don’t do that. ESPECIALLY when you’ve got 4 perfectly good customer service agents standing there capable of helping. They were not busy, you did not delegate, they didn’t even see the customer and the need to assist.
Instead “it’s gonna be a few minutes”.
By the way mr. manager checking the schedule, your shirt was dirty, you looked like you just crawled out of bed and one of your servers was wearing a hoodie that said “savage” on the front.
Their professionalism matched yours.
To the large blonde headed women with faded red streaks in your hair; I don’t care what you “saw” your coffee person “do” you never tell a customer what you think you know to be true. You say “I’m sorry let me fix that for you”.
Normally I let ya have it. But your manager doesn’t actually lead you and after the attitude you gave me Im pretty sure your entitlement would have hindered you from learning. Meanwhile this attitude of yours is pretty normal for you as I’ve seen you around town in other service positions. Tone down the know it all. I watched how you tossed your weight around with your employees. No one is impressed. A little more humility would suit you.
I will not be returning. My wife will not be returning. McDonalds has cheaper coffee an actual smile and coffee flavoring is about $3.00 a bottle.
You are replaceable....
Read moreI’ve been trying for literally years with this location to get a refund. I made an app order in June 2023 for an order ahead with a specific time, so time in advance. Drove to Springfield to pickup orders for Father’s Day, with live in the country. I pulled up and sat at the drive thru, while waiting because they asked me to wait my other pickup order called me to see if I would be heading to town so they could have my order ready. Dunkin lady comes back tells me that they’re out of Donuts and can’t help me. I asked about my money and she told me to just go onto the app and request a refund. The thing is with a decent sized order (4 dozen donuts I think) you would think someone would have called or something.
So I put in a request for a refund thru the app and Dunkin corporate informed that franchises have to do the refund, not them so they’ll have the store contact me. 2 weeks late the store contacted me to ask me where to mail a gift card to. I contacted Dunkin corporate again a few times over the months with no responses. I’ve had responses from the “manager” who said she quit and gave my information to the owner when she quit.
This Dunkin is the most convenient location for me but I avoid it like it’s the plague. I actually don’t go as often anymore but when I do, it’s to another location opposite of town.
I can say Krispy Kreme saved my Father’s Day fiasco that was started by this Dunkin Donuts location and they’re weren’t short on donuts and they were busy. So I don’t know what this location excuse was other than...
