After this last, and final trip I will be sticking to McDonald's or a different Dunkin Donuts. The woman who rang up our order was wonderful, kind and understanding. However, the woman who brought the coffee to the pickup counter was extremely rude. I'm disabled with a Walker, so a bit slower getting to the counter/moving around others. As she saw I'm trying to walk to the counter to grab the coffee she just keeps rudely raising her voice at me to come get the coffee. Then I asked if this was the coffee with my specific flavor (as others ordered the coffee with cream and sugar), she just barked at me telling me "I just said its iced cream and sugar", so when I asked again if it was cookie dough she rudely sighed and exclaimed "yes, duh, I just said this" then walked away muttering under her breath. There was no need for her to be so rude to me, when she talked to everyone else perfectly fine. It was rude enough that another customer asked what her issue was. On top of being rude, it wasn't even made the way I ordered it, but I wasn't even going to bother asking for it to be fixed. I can handle some people just having a bad day, but when only 1 person is treated this way and other are making comments on the behavior that says enough Not to mention having to hear her complain about "stupid and slow people" coming into the store while I'm leaving. The person I was with was treated completely fine by this woman, when she didn't realize they were with me and also asked if there was some kind of issue. You would think being surrounded by all Doctor offices and hospitals would make you a bit more understanding or patient towards people who are disabled or unable to be as quick as others. I have only been to this location 1 other time, which was completely fine- however this was just absolutely ridiculous. Like I said, I'll be sticking to the other location or McDonald's who can actually treat people with respect and not make people who are disabled feel badly about their condition or not having the ability to do...
Read moreI tried to get a coffee and was gonna fold up my foldable scooter and the store manager was so rude saying to leave it outside that it’s not allowed it, mind you there no to leave a scooter that is way over two dollars not a lot and my scooter fold it up trying to get a coffee and I was denied entry while dealing with a very rude and ignorant, extraordinary. I don’t know if he was a kid but the way you spoke to me if I was a parent respectfully I would back handed you talking to my kid like that. I was trying to get a coffee. It was just absolutely horrendous. I’ve never dealt with that. I always fold up my scooter and entering. I don’t blame anything on the fact there was no working with me as a customer when I simply just wanted to get a coffee but just because she wanted to be an ignorant white woman it made it hard to even look at her respectfully. She just should be an ass to a customer or in general bc she wants to keep her “ imaginary marble floors “ I get that you wanna avoid damages but you’re acting like small folded up electric scooter was gonna damage your ego and floors…… worst experience in my life at a Dunkin and my Aunt used to manage the one downtown and I got no issues bc I go in and leave without any issues, I’ve never met someone who bothered me to write a review like this but the cherry on top is how she was on the phone escalating the situation mumbling under her breathe idk she was grown as hell older than me and your gonna act that childish … idk next I’ll just bring my mother and see how she speaks to a grown adult verses a young adult who literally just want a coffee and some treats before...
Read more6/23/2021, stayed at hotel and saw this DD on the parking lot. Front door was locked. So I drive up to the drive thru. Waited in line with 1 car in front and no cars behind. Waited 10 mins for car in front to move. I drove up to speaker, and no greeting, nothing. I’m thinking speaker is broken? So I waited 10mins at the speaker. Nothing still. So I drove around the corner to the window to order. Car that was in front of me was still waiting to get his iced coffee. Geez! He waiting 20 mins for a iced coffee! So I’m at the window now. The kid asked me did I order? I said no, no one took my order at the speaker. I thought it’s broken. That’s why I drove to the window. The kid told me I had to drive around again to order at the speaker. I asked what’s wrong with ordering here now at the window? All I want is a XL hot coffee with cream and caramel. He said I had to drive around to order. I looked behind him. There were a least 4 other people behind him talking and laughing. The place looked dark inside. Thinking the power is out. I just left and wrote this bad review. This place sucks! And don’t deserve to be in this prime location. Either the manager needs to be fired! Or a different owner is needed. Either way, everyone needs to be fired. Because, no one is making money here. Owner should be Upset. But someone needs to do a undercover look. This makes DD look real bad. At this location America isn’t...
