Not even worth 1 Star. My bf and I arrived at 935P on a Sunday night. They already had the salad bar broken down and put away. Waitress was wonderful. Manager was very pushy and rude; he kept coming to the table to encourage us to 'hurry up'. Soon after we started eating, the waitress dropped off the check. I jokingly asked 'what if we want something else?' She replied - 'well the manager wants you to pay now so that he can finish his paperwork and, well, the kitchen is closed so there isn't anything you can get. Did you really want something else?' We continued to eat with both the waitress and manager urging us to hurry up with numerous visits to the table. The food was ruff. Most of it was cold. The fried pickles were horrible. Someone literally just dropped a huge handful of 6ct pickles and breading into the fryer - without separating them. My chicken tenders were mostly burned. The mashed potatoes were lukewarm and the gravy was warm but very bitter (burned). I had to remind them about my side of broccoli (was hot but unseasoned) and garlic toast. While we were eating, a large roach (1 to 1.5 inches) ran up the wall from under our table and up and across the wall, from one end of the table to the other, and into the next booth. My bf then finished his meal and decided to go pay the bill. After he paid, without telling me, he decided to go have a smoke. He was locked out and the staff would not let him back in. I realized that he never returned to the table and assumed that he had gone to the restroom. I continued to eat and assisted the waitress in clearing the table. While trying to finish the last few bites and my drink - the manager returns to the table. He begins asking if everything was OK and if he could get me anything else He reiterated that the restaurant was now closed. I told him that I was waiting for my bf to return from the restroom while I finished my drink. He then said 'the guy you were with? He left already. He paid the bill and walked out. You need to go too. Were closed. You need to leave. Now. Ill go get you a to go drink. He then meets me halfway to the door and thrusts a child size to go drink - the lid wasn't even all the way on - into my hands. He AGAIN tells me that they are closed, that they closed at 10P and its now 1030P. I stopped and informed all the staff that we arrived at 935P after leaving a movie that ended at 930 and that if they didn't want us here - they should have said something when we arrived. Horrible experience from the manager. We will NEVER go to this place ever again... Very disappointed but honestly, not...
Read moreI went up to the buffet and they were out of eggs, bacon, they had one biscuit and I don’t remember what else. It looked pretty empty. The manager was standing there close to the register talking to an employee. And I said excuse me can you bring out more eggs…nicely. He said with an attitude she’s bringing them out. Can you give her a minute? I said yes I can give her a minute. I was just letting you know. I walked back to our table and told the waitress to take my order off please. She said ok. I said your manager is a jerk and I’m not eat here. I told her what he did. She said I’m sorry. I said it’s not your fault. She came back later and said I told him about himself. I said ok thank you. She said I’m sorry. I said it’s not your fault. I just feel sorry for you all having to work for him. A few minutes later he came over to apologize. I put my hand up and asked him to leave that I didn’t want to hear it. He was only apologetic because I called him out on it. But he wouldn’t listen so I got up to walk away from him. But he would leave. So I went back and sat down and he lied. He said all I said was she’s bring them out. I turned around and looked him straight in the eyes & I said no you didn’t. You said, with an attitude, she’s bringing them out. Can you give her a minute? You were not very nice about it. You embarrassed me. I turned my back on him. He then started making excuses for his behavior. He said, I’m sorry it’s just been a bad day. It’s been very busy and the buffet has been hoping and I have a truck out there to be unloaded. I didn’t say anything else and he finally walked away. Any S. was wonderful and apologetic.
I don’t know the managers name but he’s tall, he’s been there for a long...
Read moreAbsolutely mortified at our experience there.. the smell alone was damn near unbearable! Even when we walked back across the street to get our tattoos you could smell it all the way there. I have worked restaurant management so I have to say this is either someone illegally dumping food somewhere they should not be or Grease either way it literally made one in our group of vomit. Above that management is clearly in the wrong line of business does not like her job and it shows we were going to compliment our server to make sure she was recognized for doing such a great job especially after the fact that while she was struggling we watched the manager snub her nose at her and clearly this girl was asking for assistance needless to say the woman who called herself a manager and believe her name was Heather must have thought we were going to complain before I could even compliment the young lady she was beyond belligerent rude and disrespectful have I been her boss she would have been fired on the spot! Feel sorry for anyone working underneath her and definitely going to make a few phone calls as there is no team leadership and a person like that no one should be working under her or beside her! Food was decent cleanliness was okay I can't say we WILL NEVER go back and I have recommended everyone I...
