Came here for the last time. One lazy experience ruined it for me. I ordered from here 6 times in 10 days and agreed to treat myself every other day. I was building loyalty to this place. I overlooked the very long wait times to continue coming here. Someone made my order wrong tonight, I drove home, realized they messed up the flavor, and drove back just for me to have to make my own order on the counter. Instead of them remaking it the correct way, they threw the ingredients on top of my messed up order and suggested I still them into this thick smoothie. The smoothie was dripping everywhere and it was near impossible to get them to the bottom. They then took the cup and flipped it upside down into another cup, leaving all the flavor and fruit at the bottom of the old cup. That was enough for me to not feel comfortable ever trusting them with any future orders. It was kind of like, "oh well, we messed up, this should be good enough." I'm notifying all my clients and referrals to no longer come here. I am now on a hunt for a new tea bar, there are many. Also...

Update: Did not expect to get a response from the shop. They refunded me so I’m updating my review as this is the one we always frequent and support, we hang out here with our kids, and recommend to everyone else. We’re entitled to bad/off days including businesses, and they made it right. I really appreciate it and will continue to support this local business.

It’s becoming more and more common that you need to pay attention to what you’re paying for and what you’re getting. Paid for a Large Thai tea for a family member and got a Medium, didn’t realize it until I got home. On top of that, I went to the pick up counter, there is a gal there on her laptop, no greeting, doesn’t ask me what our order number is, just ignores me. Why are you behind the customer service counter if you’re not working and helping people? We’re getting to the point where we need to do...

We've been to this store twice and both times were a total letdown. We're regulars at Gong Cha and were thrilled to have one nearby after moving here, but our experience here was just awful. The young guy and lady working here clearly despise their jobs. They took our orders with such indifference and almost seemed to have a grudge. We ended up leaving with only 2 drinks instead of the 3 we ordered because they couldn't be bothered. The guy was so careless, tossing utensils and cups around. The other time, the lady didn't even bother speaking to me to take my order, just gave me a mean girl stare. We're not planning on returning to this location.
