Head West Sub Stop — Restaurant in Springfield

I called Head West on Robbins Rd, Spfld, IL to get the owners info for a complaint about the West Jefferson store & got a rude mouth from a guy employee "Nick" & he hung up on me!! Can the OWNER please call me?? My phone number is in your computer, I need to discuss how I got treated from your employees especially on West Jefferson AND Robbins Rd on 06/04/17. HORRIBLE TREATMENT!!! I got treated so bad by the delivery driver that refused to give me his name also..I didn't even feel safe around him!! It took over an HOUR from ordering until the delivery man showed up with my food & his arguing mouth!! Oh & since the girl taking my order did not know what she was doing, she charged me "2 delivery fees for one delivery!!" (((1st time ordering tonight & will be my last!!))) Please call me, I need my refund, did not take the food from that arguing delivery driver.. *OWNER PLEASE CALL me by Monday 06/05/17 in the morning after 8am. By afternoon I'm heading straight to the Attorney General with my complaint to get my $25.53 refund that your store charged my Discover card in two transactions bcuz the girl on the phone did not take my order correctly! One transaction total $7.88 & total $17.65. Thanks a lot for your sickening...

Got the turkey and provolone on sweet bread & Mac and cheese. My husband got the Roast beef and cheddar and a small garden salad. Sandwiches were amazing as always but the Mac and cheese is TRASH absolutely disgusting. You can literally taste the uncooked flour in it and it was cold! Also the people making the sandwich rushed me out like I had to tell them 5 times what I wanted because they were going way too fast and there was no one else in there but me! And once I got to the car I realized they left out the Mac and cheese, which I wish I didn’t get. I will try this location again just because it’s next to my house but I’ve been to other shops with much better customer service. I love head west but they could have done it differently. Also $6 for a small literal lettuce salad is kind of ridiculous. And one dressing isn’t enough especially...

I just hung up with headwest on robbins road, I was going to order some subs like I have done in the past with this store, and I was told that my address is in "no mans land" I couldn't believe it I live between two of the busiest streets in springfield im between 6th st and 11th st. I decided that I will never go to that store again, here I am injured not able to drive and they act like I live 300 miles away!! oh well its there loss I have family coming in from out of town and I was going to treat them to headwest which I think is still the best subs in town, but i'll be damned if I am going to spend my hard earned money at a place that treated me like I was an outsider oh excuse me I live in "no mans land" this is the worst store in town, but I won't take it out on all their shops, Jefferson st is...
