We had reservations for 12:30 for 10 people. We waited almost 1 full hour and never even got acknowledged once. There wasn’t even an “I’ll be with you in a moment”. Nothing. We never got drinks. After waiting 30 min, we said something to the hostess who said someone would be by momentarily. Nope. We were in the center of the room and the servers had to walk around us to get to other tables. There was never a single word said to us. After 1 hour we just decided to leave. This was a Mother’s Day lunch that everyone had driven 45 min from Decatur to attend. I realize they were busy due to it being Mother’s Day weekend- but they never said a single word to us. Not 1 word. They had waited on more than 1 table during this and were seating new tables. Unacceptable. Will not be back. I Will not recommend this place to anyone.

We were there at our correct reservation time And were not in fact “spoken to several times” -that is a lie. We were sat and then nothing was said to us for the entire hour we waited. We also at no point in time ever asked for anyone to leave nor ask for additional seating. That is also a false statement. Whether or not this was Mother’s Day is not an excuse to provide poor service and berate the customer over google reviews. Please utilize your poor reviews to do better regarding customer service in the future . Based on recent reviews this seems to be a trend and not a customer...

I came across this place thru my bank advertisement for cash back. I reviewed the menu and was excited to find an establishment that promoted the tea & bakery/pastry concept. On my lunch break from work, I figured I would be in a “me moment.” I placed an online order because of possible time constraints and I didn’t want to sit alone in the restaurant to have this experience. The young lady greeted me with her arm in a sling/ cast and provided my pickup service. She was polite, professional and confirmed my order prior to completion. I ordered the trio which included lobster bisque, ham & Swiss on croissant and Tiramisu. There were several options to choose from the menu. The soup was hot & flavorful though no chunks of lobster it tasted as if it did. The sandwich was full and tasty, could only eat 1/2. Only recommendation is to inquire if the patron wants it warmed. The Tiramisu was one of the best I’ve had. The guests that were present sat in the restaurant were coupled or in groups of 3 or more. The food was ok. However, ordered a hot sandwich. It came out freezing cold. Could see the bread had been toasted but I don’t know when since it was so cold. The dessert was some kind of premade cheesecake. The silverware was dirty and the cups had chips in them. The outlet in the wall had some kind of hole punched through it to have something in the other side of it plugged in. That seems like a violation of some kind. There was a kid delivering food to table. Which to me seems like a health code violation. But the kicker was a kid vomited on the carpet and they just used an old dirty rag to clean it up. No chemicals or anything like that. Will not be going back.

It’s also sad that your response doesn’t take any accountability. You also lied that you knew who I was and we didn’t complain. We did. Nothing was done. But keep lying if that makes you sleep at night. The kid did throw up. We watched it. So again lie lie lie...
