We ordered our food and never received it. I ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 chips, and 2 lg drinks at 4:10 pm. It is now 5:41 and it is still saying that Uber is going to deliver. BUT we have not received anything. I believe Dennis (on a bicycle) (the delivery person) is eating our sandwiches. We have not received our order. Called the store 3 times. 4:40pm, 5:01 pm and finally my husband called to cancel our order at 5:03 pm. The Uber app is still giving an estimated arrival - is 5:44 pm. It is 5:43 pm and we still do not have our order. If the Jimmy Johns does not have any JJ Delivery drivers, then they need to PUT a new process on the Online ordering. If needed, we would have gone to pick-up our order.
2 1/2 hours later, we received a cancellation from Uber "Sorry, but your delivery was cancelled. Your delivery person couldn't finish the delivery. Please contact Jimmy John's - 3233 E Sunshine St for further assistance.

Update: I did provide the information via the link the company provided 7 hrs ago ( as of this update). I don’t know what can be done as the menu and food products are sourced by corporate and corporate business partners. I expect little change as franchisee’s are held to the standards and product sourcing as outlined in their agreements with the franchise holder. Unless Jimmy John’s Corporate reviews this and they make changes this will not change. And staffing is what it is post pandemic. But to all who might venture to this location within a mile going East there are other sandwich...
Read moreI’ve given this location countless chances. If they weren’t so close to my home and the highway I would have given up a long time ago. Since the pandemic this locations employees have gone down the tank. Jimmy John’s is know for being “freaky fast” however this location is the slowest one in town. (I’ve even received a free cookie before, after an employee recognized his coworkers were taking forever.) My last complaint goes out to the rather large man who started probably six months ago… this man literally gave me the most dumbfounded look when I requested my sandwich to have cucumbers and to be sliced in half. He held up the cucumber and told me it was already cut, I thought he was joking and so I laughed… then I explained I simply wanted my sandwich cut in half and he still didn’t cut...
