Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Springfield

Probably some of the most incompetent people on the planet. I don't like to give bad reviews but all your job requires is to make a sandwich and get it to me relatively quick. Somehow one of these things is generally messed up. The sandwich takes 1/2 an hour to get here and the sandwich is fine or I'm sent a sandwich that has slid off it's bread, is falling out of it's bread or the unique one today missing half of the bread on the bottom slice. I called this location attempting to order food. They say they are out of my delivery zone but they have delivered to this address many times before. They tell me to call the National location, which when I do the National location tells me that my address is in the Glenstone area and to call them back and then once again Glenstone says they are not!!! Absolutely ridiculous when you place an online order for curbside pickup at for a 12:15 pickup (arrived at 12:10 and checked in on the app) and it’s 12:46 before we found out our order was placed on the rack at that point the food was soggy and disgusting and when we asked about the wait time the staff at the front just said we didn’t want to bring it outside.
