Went to drive thru this past Sunday. I ordered 16 strips and a large cole slaw. Lady that took my oder said my total then said sheesh. When I approached window I laughed and said why did you say sheesh. She said I would never pay that, the strips are so small. I laughed it off, knowing how expensive it is to eat out. She then asked me to pull around, it would be 10 minutes, they just dropped the chicken. Cool! Fresh food! Well, I waited and waited... 25 minutes later I went inside. Same lady told me it would be a few more minutes, they had an online order almost ready that they will give to me and make them wait and offered me a free cake. I said no thanks, I just want a refund. She went to back, where I can hear conversation, talking to her manager. Manager says, I am not giving any more refunds. WHAT?????? I've now been waiting half hour and your telling me I can not have my $ back!!! I am being forced to stay here and wait for my order that I no longer want!? So I asked for corporate #. Manager Screams the # from the back. I asked what her name was ...NOW SHE WAS QUIET! Lady up front whispered Krista. So I stood in lobby called corporate, while still waiting on food. I am literally sooo mad at this point! As I'm getting finished up with my formal complaint to corporate they FINALLY hand me my food! 45 MINUTES LATER!!!! Lady at counter was nice and asked my 6 yr old grandson what kind of cake he would like. As she is went to back to get it, a cook came out and was chewing (eating something) and said 1 of the fryers are down. Really????? If you guys would have been honest in the beginning maybe you wouldn't have the issue of myself, and 5 other unhappy customers waiting in your lobby!!!!! I never leave reviews or call corporate but this was too much!!!! I will never be at this location again!!!!! And it's now, 2 days later and I've heard nothing back from corporate!!! Read moreI placed an order through the app. The order was confirmed at 7:02pm and estimated 7-10 minutes. I arrived at the store 7:10 going through the drive thru to retrieve my order. When I pulled to the window, I was told my filet for my sandwich was going to be 10 minutes. I was asked to pull around and wait by the doors and they would bring my order out. I examined the dining room as I drove around and there was no one there. I pulled into a parking spot, apparently the only customer dining at KFC at the moment. There were no other vehicles even in the drive through. I waited there until 7:23. At this point I was getting very frustrated and pulled back around through the drive thru (which had still had ZERO cars after me). When I got to the window I asked how much longer my food was gonna take. I was told “one minute” and they at this point gave me my drink. I waited there at the window for 3 more minutes and was finally handed my order. Nothing was sad as far as sorry about your wait, do you need anything else, nothing. Just take your food and go. Get home and examine my order. The Mike’s hot honey sandwich that I order no pickles, can with pickle’s and some strange sauce but no hot honey. The new dipper buckets had fries were old cold. Tried to call the number for the store listed on Google to speak with someone about my experience and poorly prepared food, and it gives me a message that the number I called “isn’t accepting calls at this time”! Read moreVery frustrated with the visit tonight, so much so, that I made a Yelp account just to make this review (not a Karen, just a broke college student with a budget). Came to try the new Smashed Potato Bowl with Chicken COMBO. Sign clearly said $7.29 with medium drink included. I ordered and stated my drink, and the total came out to $10.00. I was confused, but didn't say anything and simply asked for my receipt at the window, since it wasn't given to me along with my card. The employee rang me up incorrectly with an A La Carte bowl ($6.79) and a $2.99 drink. Again, didn't say anything because I'm just not a confrontational person. Went to eat it, and it had clearly been sitting under some warmer for quite some time, as the fries tasted like they were made yesterday, and the chicken was SO dry...like, drinking the entire Pepsi dry. Didn't even finish the bowl, and I had worked a 10 hour shift and just wanted to relax with some good food -- didn't happen. I wasn't expecting to spend that much money on something so terrible, so definitely a 1-star review, and a call to Corporate, or whomever can refund the extra money stolen from me. Very disappointing. Hopefully staff can be trained to do better, or won't be open for much longer, given the various negative reviews already given to this place.
