I absolutely love coming here and the friendly staff. I have came here since they opened. These guys and gals are great PEOPLE....SO... to the rude people...especially the one about the cold foam....I was there that day. It DID NOT happen the way it has been portrayed. I live in this community and was on my laptop doing work when this woman got offended because she couldn't get a WHOLE cup of cold foam for free. She then went ballistic and said that the store in Hilliard does it... NO ma'am they don't. Neither the Hilliard Rome road OR Mill-Run stores do this either...and I know this because I go to both stores and have for over 8 years now as I work in Columbus. I asked them... :-) Also the husband was outside taking care of the kids while the wife berated the staff and recorded them, throwing a 3 year old temper tantrum. To the woman who called the employee a derogatory name and acted a fool....SHAME ON YOU! You're kids should be so proud and give you mom of the year award. These girls are working hard and folks.... IT'S COFFEE!!!! When has it ever been acceptable to be disrespectful to anyone that makes YOUR food or drinks? OH, and the cold foam queen.....please know that you can buy it at the store in a can now! :-) Cold...
Read moreExcellent drinks, excellent customer service. Excellent everything until one staff was off the clock hanging out. He was loud and noisy and helped himself in and out of the back and to his own food/drinks (obviously not working as he was not in uniform). He also was not using proper hand hygiene in between eating and grabbing more food for himself. Then this employee had the audacity to tell me to turn my volume down on a 2 minute phone call. I would have GLADLY done so if it were a quiet environment that I was disrupting (nor would I have ever taken a phone call if that were the situation). Unfortunately, when you're off the clock creating a loud environment for others, the respect that I have for your request is next to none. In order to not create a scene I did oblige, but his noise only became louder until he eventually put on his apron and started working. Let me note:: the other workers (the ones that were obviously on the clock working) were NOT in anyway participating in his disruptions and attitude. So it's really sad for one employee to make a hostile impression as compared to the rest of the WONDERFUL...
Read moreI am a regular here. I have watched the staff change and we even mourn the loss of one of the Baristas. They are kind and 98% of the time they get my order perfect. There are a couple of times that I have had something not quite right but it's always been corrected. And when I say 98% of the time take into consideration that I am here five to seven times a week and sometimes if I've had a busy day I'll be there twice a day. Sometimes the wait at the drive-thru is a little bit longer but this is literally the only drive-thru Starbucks in the entire city so you have to kind of cut them a break. I have literally been to Starbucks all around the world including the countries of Jordan and Lebanon. This is one of the better shops.
And I had to laugh reading the one star review where it says the Barista poured an entire container of milk in before steaming it and using what they needed. The milk comes out of a gallon jug so I'm pretty sure the entire container didn't get poured into that little silver cup in order...
