Yes, I am one of those people that keep Long John Silvers in business. Proud of it. It's delicious! However, I noticed the batter on the fish tasted differently this time. And the crumbs that I was given wasn't crumbs, it looked like golden brown snow. What? It didn't have that flavor.
Long John Silvers, if you changed your batter recipe, didn't you learn anything from when you changed the tarter sauce? DON'T SCREW UP PERFECTION! You're already getting less business because people want to eat "healthy". Stop making changes to get rid of your loyal customers. When you changed your tater sauce, I stopped going for 5 years. And yes, I organized a online protest and petition to Long John Silvers to change the tarter sauce back. I had 10,000 signatures. I take my Long John Silvers meals very seriously.
And you better take it seriously too, or you're gonna go out of business like everyone else. Stop changing things, and stop trying to be cheap. Keep the quality! We will pay a little more if we get what we like. Look at Mountain Dew. 10 years ago, a 20 oz was $2. Now it's almost $3. If you keep the same quality, and just raise the price, you keep that customer. Now knock it off!
The service was friendly, and I know the staff has no control over the inventory used to serve to customers. This 4 star rating is for you, Long John Silvers corporate. Like I said, I take my Long John Silvers very seriously. AND BRING BACK THE SLICED LEMON! Lemon juice in a packet is NOT the same!

Read moreWorst service for a fast food place I've ever been. I placed my order in the drive-thru, and it was 25 minutes before I got my food. The next time I went, I thought ordering online and picking up my order would be faster. I couldn't have been more wrong! I placed my order online, but the order wasn't started until I got there to pick it up. While I waited (another 25 minutes), the drive-thru was backed up, there were ppl standing in line inside, and the place was filthy. The only person I saw who was busting their butt was a young lady named Emily. She was taking orders at the register, delivering orders to tables, running back around to the kitchen to get items to complete orders, running back to the register to take care of the next person in line, and she did it all with a smile. All other employees I saw were either standing around or doing menial tasks that could have (should have) waited until the store wasn't so busy. Even the manager was just just plodding along while he restocked straws and condiments in the dining room. There were two registers, but only one was being used, and the only person taking orders was Emily. The store also needs a complete remodel. Paint was peeling, the floor was disgusting, and the furniture looked like it had seen too many butts. I've worked in fast food, and if that was my store, I would have fired everyone on that shift except Emily and locked the doors just to give the place a thorough cleaning. The built-up food under the bench in the dining room...
Read moregot my food around 8:35 on Tuesday, ordered via app, pulled to the speaker to check in and was not greeted but was told "we are closing in a minute and anything you order is a 10+ minute wait" my response was "that is fine, I have already ordered via the app and paid for my food" Upon getting to the window, I was handed my drink and around 2-3 min later my food was handed out the window. I guess the employees didnt find the need to actually make my order but rather give me what they had, I ordered a sampler, with fish, chicken and 3 shrimp, which I had only two tiny pieces of chicken, I had also ordered a extra 3piece shrimp, in which only two shrimp were in the box I also requested some malt vinegar sauce which was no included. I totally understand why LJS' are on a steep closure rate across the country, if this is the service that is being provided by this establishment. ended up paying almost $30 for 5 shrimp, and two pieces of tiny chicken, hard as a rock fries and didnt even get my reeses cheesecake I...
