Mariana's Tacos Y Paletas — Restaurant in Springfield

I order tacos from here a lot and have never had a problem. I pay $3 a tacos which for meat and tortillas is a little steep but they are usually very good so I don’t mind. Today I ordered 3 tacos with steak and chorizo with cilantro and onions. I picked them up and headed home. Once I arrived home (10mins) I opened my box to see that I basically paid for tortillas since all 3 tacos barely had anything else in them (not meat, not onion, not cilantro), the tortillas looked like they allowed a dog to use it as a chew toy. I called the restaurant back to ask to have my order replaced, I told them I would take pictures to show them how horrible they were -again I order here all the time- and the rude girl on the phone told me there was nothing they could do to replace my order but would make sure next time the tacos had the proper amount of ingredients. That does not fix the fact that I literally paid $3 a piece for chewed up tortillas with nothing in them. I am very upset and probably will never return to this establishment!!! I ordered a burrito with only beans, guacamole, sour cream and cheese. While eating I noticed there was lettuce, onion, tomato and none of which I asked for. So I'm literally tearing through the dang burrito in search of something besides beans onions tomatoes and a boatload of lettuce. I did what any unsatisfied customer would do call and try to get a replacement. I was told no because I ate some well I had to eat some to figure out it wasn't what I ordered wth. Instead of doing what was right one of the employees argued with me and said there was nothing they could do might I add I was on the phone for nearly 10 minutes until I got tired of holding for the 3rd time I hung up because I had they would do something to my food vibes. She should've just replaced my burrito instead of arguing with me so here's what I can do bad review and tell my family and friends not to eat at your establishment. Very bad service and experience and to top it off this was my 1st and last time eating here!!! I'm not a visitor I live here and know alot of people smh you done messed with...

I wanted to show a friend yesterday how cool this place was, well its changed. I ordered a bowl of soup, 4 tacos, coke and rice milk. The menu that I ordered from would have made it around $25. When it was ran up it came to $34. I asked why the difference? They said everything has gone up. Ok, I understand that. Things are rising in price everywhere. I paid the $34 plus 15% tip. But, you shouldn't mislead your customers about price , that's just not right. I still went along. Food was so so, not as special and authentic as it once was. Just plain expensive average food. The bad part of my meal has been today. I been in the restroom 5 times since I've been awake.
