Edit: I know accidents happen. But just got take away and they forgot the sauce for 3 orders of crab rangoon.. so now my food is getting cold at home while I make a RETURN TRIP to pick up the missing sauce. I was gifted extra fried wontons so I got that going for me (for whatever that's worth.. like maybe 50 cents? Oh and an extra sauce.. that will probably not get used. That's probably worth a whole dollar or at least that's what they charged me last time I asked for extra sauce because they only fill the container half way. And then the lady of the house wanted to give me lip about how much it costs them and if they did that for everybody yadda yadda. Maybe don't be so stingy. Oh well.) Probably not coming back for a while.. if ever. I know I have a low tolerance for failure but seriously three orders of crab rangoon and no sauce? How does that even happen? And also, now that you guys clearly know who I am with this less than stellar review I don't expect NOT to get jerked around in the future. Yeah.. pretty much burning this bridge. Good luck with your remodel. Maybe get that parking lot sorted so its not literally dangerous to patronize your business. The last two times I've been here I was forced to park next to the rotten stinking dumpster and navigate a pothole filled disaster area and nearly got run over in the alley both times.
For what its worth feel free to respond to my review. Perhaps you could win my business back with a better apology than some useless wontons and extra sauce.
Everything below is still arguably true but it is no longer worth it for me at this point.
Food is fantastic. If you get it correct. I'm sorry but the only person that should take your order is the lady of the house, because the husband either doesn't listen or doesn't have a good grasp of English. He makes great food. Place is a little substandard as concerns cleanliness. The new construction is a little strange and seems to be taking a long time. Parking is a bit of a nightmare still but I'm told that is going to change. Hours are goofy. Not open on Saturday? Like what the heck people. Despite the little hang ups I'll still go here...

Read moreI was in a couple times about 2 weeks ago. Both times, they made errors in my order, putting things in that I could not eat per dietary restrictions I shared and they said they could accommodate. The second time was a carry-out order, and I called and asked them to refund or deliver a new one. The restaurant is 5 minutes away from my work, but I could not get out of work. They were difficult with me on the phone, saying they could remake it the next day and could not deliver. When I asked for a refund, they finally agreed. Then, 15 minutes later, they called me and said they couldn't refund but they would deliver. At this point, I had ordered other food. I asked for a gift card, and they said no. Finally, I agreed to come pick it up for dinner. They said they'd put an appetizer in as a courtesy, and when I showed up to pick up my meal, they said they wouldn't because the appetizer I ordered earlier was fine. As well as repeatedly insisted that they gave my friend what I ordered (clearly not true, as his had chicken in it and I was ordering vegan).
Before this, I was a regular customer, but I just can't risk it with my diet. The bad service only made it much worse....
