Ordered a very specific bowl for my son-in-law and daughter had to bring it back because it was made incorrectly. One bowl had olives when I asked for no olives and the other bowl did not have guacamole even though I paid for guacamole. When I went back. The server said I had asked for black olives, which I did not, they Refused to remake it. Also, the bowl with guacamole the worker said it had guacamole it very clearly did not have guacamole. They refused to remake both of the bowls and instead gave me two five dollar gift cards . absolutely dissatisfied and disgusted with the service received . the worker told me I asked for black olives when I was reading off of a list that specifically said no black olives I know I did not ask for it and the fact that they did not put guacamole on the bowl and told me that it was underneath the lettuce was an absolute joke. I had 2 experiences here , 1st time was about 1 years ago. Never got to eat my food due to a grumpy employee. I decided not give my money for that type of service

2nd time was very recent about a week ago Both employees were sooo nice ! The male working was new and it wasn’t a bad experience with him at all. The woman working was very sweet and made sure to make our food with love. Although I didn’t enjoy my food , I still told the woman I enjoyed it because I didn’t want to hurt her feelings. I ordered a chicken bowl with some rice and a few toppings. I was almost shocked as to why I wasn’t receiving flavor. I kept eating bite after bite and everything just tasted unseasoned. DONT GO HERE!!! Pure waste of money. They have you pay ridiculous money for a damn burrito just to give the absolute smallest portions. They purposefully try and give you the least amount. I don’t normally give reviews but this has happened MULTIPLE TIMES! I don’t know if the place changed ownership/the managers are trying to save a few bucks but it’s not working. I paid over $20 for a home wrecker that was literally the size of a kids meal. And have gotten stacks that were no joke completely flat because it was basically all tortilla since they want to barely give our fair portions.
