Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield

I start out the night thinking I'll try Papa Murphy's on Olympic Street in Springfield Oregon! Pizza sounds great! I join their rewards program. I get a $3 off coupon! I tried for 25 minutes to order online applying my $3 coupon.... so I set out for the store and decided I would call it in!  I speak with Trevor. I explained I couldn't get the order to go through with the $3 coupon and how much time it's taken for me to try to order online. He responds with it'll be another 45 minute wait, but I can use the rewards. I asked for a supervisor she gets on the phone. I explained to her the problem she quoted me 20 minutes. At this time I'm sitting in the parking lot. I was thankful it wasn't going to be 45 more minutes. I also verified online for a large thin crust pizza $12? You will be able to take the $3 rewards off? She said yes no problem. 30 minutes later when my pizza is ready.... Rylee helps me from the jump she said what's up! How can I help you!  I told her about my $3 coupon. She says that she can't apply that! I tried to advisor her of my experience through the night. she then rolled her eyes at me and walked away while I was trying to explain. When she returned she said the supervisor wasn't available to talk to me and she still couldn't apply my $3 reward to the $12 large pizza I ordered. So I paid full price in the end for a pizza that took me over an hour to get an I still have to bake it at home! I will never ever give this company on Olympic Street another dollar of my hard-earned money. Time is money! My disappointment is there's are a series of customer service interventions that could have happened throughout the night. Time and time again through this experience I felt disrespected and as if my money didn't matter to this company! Spend your money & wait at...

The staff at the 1810 Olympic St. location seemed to have no idea on how to make any items on the menu. The girl starting orders looked to be just 10 years old and continued to ask teenagers questions every step of the way. All of the adult staff was in the back doing dishes and preparing for the busy time I'm assuming. When I placed my order, they said it would be about 15 minutes. So I patiently waited and watched and observed the staff. As I observed, I noticed that they lack in Team effort and communication and knowledge and the ability to make orders in the order they were received. While I was waiting, there was a customer waiting in the drive through for 8 minutes after receiving her order that was wrong. They finally assisted her after the long wait. The child that assisted her was in the middle of making a pizza for my order. She stopped making my pizza took her gloves off. Helped the lady in the drive through and then after a few minutes of dealing with that customer and getting the manager. She rinsed her hands for about 5 seconds and dried them off, Put gloves on and got back to making pizzas. Once I realized how disorganized this Papa Murphy's was and how disgusting and unqualified the employees where I decided to cancel my order and go elsewhere. I am very disappointed once again and will not ever return to this location in...

Where to begin? First, there was no posting online or the store they would be closed Christmas eve. So, I ordered pizza for dinner and only learned when I arrived to pick it up that they were closed. I've tried to call the store (which is another nightmare in and of itself) to have the nearly $50 refunded to no avail. I've emailed corporate and also received no response. Then there's the phone issue. It's almost impossible for them to answer and when they do they'll put you on long holds. There's also been random days during the week that they're closed due to not having staff and they won't post anything. Tonight was the final straw. Called ahead and ordered a pizza and a classic cheesy bread. No fancy requests. All we asked for was extra toppings. Did we get that? No. Then while picking it up we were informed that we're out of the classic cheesy bread and all the man said was "this is all we have and it's better". I personally prefer the classic over the deep dish so that's really just his own opinion. If they were out of the classic, they should've told us. Bottom line, this has been the worst Papa Murphy's location I've ever dealt with. Please avoid...
