Slow service Rude employees Stale food Flat soda Filthy restaurant No receipt Orders were wrong
Taco Bell has lost a customer! Service was despicable! Upon arriving and using the machine to place our order and then sitting and waited and waited, and waited for our order. It was over 10 minutes. My name was NEVER called. I was there with my Niece, and they called her name. We each placed our own order and paid separately. But both orders were on one tray and was totally incorrect. We both ordered the same value box, but modified our items differently, wrappings did not indicate which were which. Also, every single table was dirty with bits of food on them, as did many of the seats/chairs. My Niece asked for a cleaning rag, after standing at the counter and not being acknowledged for a long period of time. An employee came out to wipe the table down, which she left some sauce on our table (did not wipe it well). She started to walk away and I had to mention the seats as there was seasoned meat on my seat and did not want to sit on it. She acted very annoyed. I was shocked that she did not even both to wipe any other tables off, especially since every single one was dirty. When asking what went with each order, the employee stood there at the counter opening each & every item to figure it out. No care was taken to re-wrap our food. I was pretty appalled by his lack of concern. After getting my drink and sitting down, I took a drink of my very FLAT Pepsi. What! Flat soda!! YIKES!!! Next, opening my Chalupa to add some mild sauce, I barely saw any of the seasoned meat (see my pictures). I was unable to even taste the meat as there was so little of it compared to the lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. It tasted more like a Veggie Chalupa, minus the black beans, plus the bread portion was STALE as all get out!!!!!! I had cinnamon twist with my order, but they were not on my tray, instead chips & cheese were. I had to ask for the twist. My soft taco was next. It was a tiny bit better than the last time I had a Taco Bell soft taco, but not by much. The cost has doubled and the filling has shrunk to 1/2 of what you used to receive. Forgot to take a picture as I was so disgusted! Oh, and I requested my receipt by text, and it still has never arrived. While still at the location, I requested a printed receipt. She printed out my order, not a copy of my receipt. How is it they got payment immediately and yet over 23 hours later, I still do not have a copy of my receipt. Not by text or email, which both were entered upon placing my order. And it does NOT show in my rewards account either!!! I will NEVER return to this particular location, and most likely Taco Bell will never be a place I think of for food or ever recommend. They were my top favorite fast food. But not any more. I know that all (at least the ones I have patronized) are short handed. I would not mind or complain about the time it took to receive my order, but every aspect of my visit was...
Read moreI’d rather drag myself through a field of broken glass and then go swimming in a pool of lemon juice before I ever go anywhere near this Taco Bell again. This was by far the WORST service I’ve ever received in my entire life. I got off a 6-hour travel day and arrived in Springfield late at night. Mind you, I’m 3 months pregnant. The only thing open is Taco Bell, so I placed a mobile order and my boyfriend and I went to pick it up. His truck is taller than the clearance would allow and we were unable to drive thru safely, so I called to see if they would be willing to hand me the food. They answered and hung up our call multiple times, so I walked around to the window to see if they would be willing to hand me the food in front. They refused and were extremely rude. I asked if they would be willing to bring the food out to us. Multiple workers walked right past us and our HUGE mobile order. They refused to serve us. It had been at least 30 minutes that we were outside just trying to get our food. I explained to the worker that I was pregnant and that I haven’t eaten in hours and asked again if there was any way for us to retrieve our $35 order. They finally told us that if we could get another car to drive thru for us and pick up our food that they would be able to get us our food. A nice woman agreed as she was already picking up a DoorDash order. When she got to the window to request our order, they claimed they had no mobile order for the food. Mind you, I’ve SEEN OUR HUGE $35 ORDER sitting in the Mobile Order Pickup spot since we arrived. They just straight up threw our food out and refused to serve us. I may be pregnant and hormonal, but I mean it when I say that every disgusting individual who was rude to us tonight will get their just dessert. Karma doesn’t...
Read moreI visited the taco Bell on Stevenson Dr on may 28 2019. I ordered the $5 nacho grande for my client. When I got it home it wasn't nachos instead it was a taco with a tsp of meat, a bunch of lettuce sprinkled with cheese, a burrito and some cinnamon things. My client was upset, he didn't want it and threw it away. I went back may 29 and asked them about why my order was wrong. The cashier said there was a shortage of chips and if I didn't specifically ask for nacho grande, I wouldn't receive nacho grande. I explained that I asked for nacho grande $5 box. I asked her 'do you have a $5 nacho grande box?'. She stepped back, flipped the sign to display the $5 nacho grande box that was not visible the day before. The other staff said that they don't advertise this meal because of a shortage of chips. I explained that it is advertised on TV. This was a blatent fraud, a bait and switch perpetrated by the staff and management. Another woman was in the store and I told her about the chip shortage and she said they did the same thing to her the day before. She asked for nacho grande meal and when she got home, it was a taco, burrito and cinnamon things that tasted...
