Starbucks — Restaurant in Springfield

This location used to be one of the better locations, but the past two interactions have been terrible. The entire team has been turned over and the service is horrific now. I used to order from the app the same two drinks for me and my wife every time, and they would make the drinks perfectly every time. Now, I have ordered those same two drinks from the app, wait at the counter for 20 to 30 minutes, then receive drinks completely different than I ordered. After my wife almost vomits after the first sip, I told them it wasn't right, and they told me I was wrong. Starbucks usually doesn't question you if you say something's not quite right, especially when you approach them kindly. I order from Starbucks every day. When I head into work, I order from a different Starbucks as I go in a different direction, but on my days off and weekends, I come here. I always order my drinks hot, but I don’t understand why this location NEVER gets it right. I don’t ever have this issue with the location I stop at on my way to work, but here, I continually have to ask them to remake it. I have even stopped ordering ahead and ordered at the drive thru and specifically asked for a “hot” drink and still received a cold one. I just give up. I guess I’ll just go to the Kroger Starbucks from now on. I spend almost $9 on a drink and order ahead for convenience and still have to wait on them to remake it every time. Had a mobile order placed it ahead of time by at least 10-12 mins through the app said pickup est for 737am ok cool that's only ab 3-5 mins extra once I arrive not a problem go in and wait then as I stand there for 15 additional mins I finally get asked what name is on my order so then I expect they notice I shouldn't be here this long either right but guess what it took an additional 10min to get my drink and it was still wrong but I had to run with it now bc they've put me behind for my day and Id expect a wait if it wasn't a mobile order during rush hr but this was just ridiculous there were people in line after me and long gone way before me in the drive through and coming in the doors I'll def be finding a new coffee...
