Honestly, all the fast food and restaurants out here are just, ick. And this Subway is just another case of lazy employees and poorly managed. First off, the employees were not welcoming or even friendly. Second, the employee helping us was rude when we were friendly. Third, the employee dropped things off of the woman who with me, sandwich and then proceeded to pick them up and put them back on the sandwich after touching other things. Then proceeded to cut her sandwich with chipotle sauce and then instead of properly wiping the knife, proceeded to cuty sandwich which got chipotle sauce all over my sandwich (which I'm badly allergic to and now have a medical record to back this event up for lawsuit purposes) and then poorly wrapped the sandwiches and was rude all the way to the end. The other two employees were laughing and playing around in the back instead of helping customers. The restaurant looked as if cleaning was something they were allergic to. Based on this experience compared to past experiences at this location, the management and owner are apparently on long term (they don't care) vacations. So, not only will I never return to any Subways in this sad town, I will also notify corporate and inform them of the severe allergic reaction this poorly ran franchise has caused me. Read moreI have stopped at this location a few times over the past month as it is close to where I work. Each time, I am left dissatisfied. Your employees are arrogant, and very unprofessional. If I could give this review 0 stars, I would. Not only have they made my sandwich wrong EVERYtime, but they also fail to put the correct portions on the sand which. As a previous employee of subway I am aware of the correct amount of meat needed for each sandwich. When I said something to the woman(Ashley) about it today, she stated that I was wrong and she knew what she was doing. I asked her to look at the “cheat sheet” right in front of her. She then said “guess you were right”. No apology, no “my bad”. Afterwards the sandwich was just tossed together. I didn’t even want to eat it afterwards.
