SO good, this place is awesome. My favorite thing is how much you get for what you pay- if you park in the paid lot just to the north, you can pay for your parking at the bar and get 10 free tokens, and everything only costs one token each- and even once you run out of tokens you can just play N64 on the projector screen. All cabinets are very well maintained, I only found three out of order machines and two of them were just skeeball. MJ's Moonwalker and the Neo Geo each had noticeably worn down joysticks that didn't feel great, but again, that's the biggest issue. I will say though that the volume on some machines needs to be higher. It's fine for the most part, just doesn't give as much impact to your shots or hits, but Sinistar is WAY harder when you can't hear Sinistar announcing his completion. That, and I didn't like how much space was taken up by these 3 or 4 weird cheaply made games that seem to have been created specifically for barcade environments- these giant 4 player cabinets taking up the footprint of two cabinets side by side, with very basic and ugly visuals, complete with cupholders- this is like the visual people get in their mind when they first hear of the concept of a barcade. FANTASTIC place, with a few...

“Is there a Heaven for a Gamester,” I don’t really know but I do know that Up Down STL is close to it. First off have your I’d ready, because it will need to be scanned. Then welcome to an impressive collection of. pinball machines totally insane all in top condition. My personal two favorites are The Adam’s Family, and Elvira. I don’t eat pizza, staff suggested that we try the cheesy breadsticks, so we ordered those and two pizza’s . The food was affordable, and good and hot when we got it. My husband kept insisting I take a bite of the barbecue chicken pizza, . wasn’t bad, reminded me of chicken flatbread. I brought the pizza home and my son asked where we I got that type of pizza from. I told him Up Down STL 409 N Euclid. He can’t wait to go with his friends. I reached the brain of a Millennial. My husband who is always ready to eat and leave was not ready to leave, he actually got a little upset when I was ready to end the night. We went on a Sunday evening, the crowd started light but gradually picked up. Still a very chill environment, real cozy and Laid back. Warm environment. I’m

We will definitely be returning, and it would be just as easy to make this a favorite. Very impressed. 5...

My wife an I love this place! We travel from far West Co to visit it, but in the 3-4 years we have gone, it just gets sadder and sadder each time. This time, of the 7 pinball machines on the main floor, 2 were broken as we walked pass, Adam’s family of course! We started playing 2 of the remaining 5, and Jurassic Park had nearly all the lights and automations broken. The field hadn’t been serviced in forever, so the ball keep getting stuck. When I tired to tell the bartender, two other guest asked me what I did that she wanted to bite my head off- ie, she had no interest in helping or seeing and wanted to stand at the bar texting as there were a total of 10 people in the place at 430 on a Friday. So Jurassic Park was down too. A couple was playing the last two units, and one of their machines broke. We noticed the units upstairs no longer have high scores and league info on them. How can you have a league when the machine are broken? In short, this is a great place with great potential. However over all poor management and investment in upkeep and values are killing it. We only go on Friday for $2 pizza and leave quick due to all that. Wish it...

Hands down my absolute favorite bar. Perfect pricing, amazing daily specials with Sunday being my favorite (hello, fanny pack.) The beer wall has so many hidden gems that it would take you 3 weeks to really enjoy them all. I don't mind it being crowded and I've never really felt comfortable at bars until this one. This one really makes you feel at home and welcome. It's easy to talk to other patrons and cheer them on or them cheer you on. The token pricing even has its own day for special pricing. AND THE PIZZA, LAWD LEMME TELL YOU ABOUT THIS PIZZA. The buffalo chicken pizza is a pizza I'm gonna be dreaming about until I die because it's absolutely GODLY. Perfect crust, perfect amount of sauce, perfect amount of chicken, and enough cheese to stretch 10ft from your mouth. If you wanna know about the staff, I can easily tell you they do everything as quick and as neatly as possible with accuracy. They're so wonderful and can answer almost any question you have about the establishment. 20/10 literally my favorite place to be.
