McDonald's — Restaurant in St. Albans

12/26/23 I recieved old nuggets that looked like they had been sitting under a warmer too long. They were hard dried up and reddish orange. The place was VERY busy. I only ordered nuggets and mcdoubles, easy items that should be easy to hand out but instead they told me to park and they'll bring it to my car. I waited 17 minutes for them to bring me these old nuggets and they left my car before I could check my order. In the future I'm not pulling forward and I'm checking my old nuggets before I leave the window(and checking the ones on the bottom because sometimes they put the old rubbery ones underneath fresh ones). And I'm going to ask for fresh nuggets and still not pulling forward. Is it going to hold up the line? Yes. But otherwise I won't get my food fast or fresh. I have to do what I have to do.

7/19/22 My 10 year old son was filling his drink sometime around 8:30pm when a male employee also came to fill up his own drink and was upset that there were no lids to fit his cup so he exclaimed the F word then asked my son to define the F word. My son wisely ignored him. My kids' first time eating inside this location and this is what happens. It's their last.

Updated review 6/28/21 @ 7:30 pm: This franchise is managed very poorly. My order was made by a very spiteful person who's mad because I ordered my sandwich with special instructions. I ordered extra sauce on 2 sandwiches. There's more sauce on the wrapper/box than on the sandwich. Were they in a rush?No, no cars were behind me and only 1 before me. I added tomatoes and they left them in a tall stack instead of laying them out. I added slivered onions on both sandwiches - got none. This is the worst mcdonald's. I called to complain. They did write my name down to recieve my order free next time but I don't even want to go back.

Previous review: If you charge .35 for extra sauce then at least give me some napkins. We never...

Today at 12:30 My wife and I went in to McDonald's to eat,Ordering a happy meal for my son with a coupon for it free from his school,The manager got upset that the cashier ran it up for free asking why it was rung up as free in a rude tone, she replied they have a coupon, my wife and I ordered some cheeseburgers,Fries and a drink. Go to our table to wait, we waited almost 30 minutes for our order watching others get their food that ordered after us, I needed to be at work so I walk to the counter and tell them I can't keep waiting on our food, I gave them my receipt, and when I did that the cashier looks at me and says oh so you do want your order? As if I canceled my order earlier, I told him yes I've been waiting for 30 minutes at this point though, I proceeded to tell her that now I need to get to work and don't have time. If I did not bring up the fact that my wife and I was still waiting on our order I would have been sitting there all day long not knowing they canceled my order, the manager got upset abruptly opened the register, handed me my cash and walked off..... I did not...

My husband, 2 of our children, & I went through the drive thru to get an ice cream. The lady working the second window was rude from the get go. Snatching money out of my husband's hand, extremely poor body language, & just very obvious & uncalled for attitude ! Then, she didn't ring up his CHOCOLATE shake that he ordered, so he politely asked her if he could add his chocolate shake. She, again but even more hatefully this time, snatched the money out of my husband's hand & then practically threw him his shake... That was 3/4 shamrock & 1/4 chocolate... & i know she didn't know it but he HATES mint. However, he still very politely went back through the drivethru & told her that he ordered a chocolate shake, not shamrock. Her response? She rolled her eyes, jerked the cup out of his hand, then came back and once again practically threw his shake at him and shouted "HERE!" & made a face & rolled her eyes as she was turning away. VERY rude & uncalled for ! That is NOT customer service, that is customer...
