Wendy's — Restaurant in St. Albans

Go to Dairy Queen. The service is way better, like chikfila quality plus the line moves faster and they have burgers plus the chicken strips and ice cream are so yummy

The manager offered to replace my meal for free. I did not ask. I just wanted her to know my experience. Now she says no I don't write names down.

I spent a long time in line and when I got the food, I asked normally for the sauce we ordered but the drive thru attendant agreed like she didn't want to give it to me. I only wanted one sauce for each meal for the nuggets. I asked for more napkins after they gave me 2 napkins for 5 meals. She hands me 2 more. I had to ask for napkins 3 more times and get them 2 at a time. I asked if they were short on napkins. She says yes so I offered to give them back but she said no just take them and leave. And she never gave me straws for 5 drinks. I worked fast food before and the rule was 2 napkins per meal. I don't know what the attitude is for. I simply, nicely, politely asked for napkins. Something made her mad and I don't think it was me. I called back to tell the manager who called herself Stormy and she said she'd write my name down and would replace my order and asked me every single thing I ordered. I called back today and she said no we don't write names down. After how i treated last time I have no desire to come back to this location especially when there's 2 more locations in convenient places for us. We are treated far better everywhere else especially Dairy queen, Five guys and chikfila to name...

It took 4 people to holla through the restaurant that sum1 was upfront needed waited on it took bout 10 me mins to actually b waited on they were dead no one in there I got an ice water n a small chicken sandwich which was cold and took another 5 mins to actually get to me at the counter because no one n I mean no one was actually in the kitchen!! Took two more people to say a sandwich needed to b made for front counter when that two weren't busy don't know y they couldn't have just done it would have been quicker!! But absolutely no one was in the kitchen and every single person that was there working that afternoon was on their phone wondering around being loud not abservant of customers nor what they r paid to b doing!! In my opinion every one that was there that afternoon on that shift should b fired!! Very rude no paper towels in bathrooms n no toilet paper in bathrooms that place should have been spotless and everything stocked as dead as they were!! I was so disgusted by the staff the disrespect n non lack of being noticed and waited on quickly in my life!! There was absolutely no excuse for none of it that day...

10/23/24 For some reason they would not make mobile orders. We're supposed to just pick them up off the shelf. I went in to pick up 2 mobile orders and then I ordered something else at the counter. They gave me the counter order then I had to wait longer for the mobile orders.i don't know why they weren't making them. It took 35 minutes to get the mobile order ready.

4/29/23 I have been impressed lately. When I order I ask for fresh spicy nuggets and the order taker is nice about it and cheerfully gets them started. I still have to check the bag because they accidentally put the old hard nuggets in my bag but they had the fresh ones ready and gave them to me quickly and let me keep the old ones but they were not edible unfortunately.

Previous review: Spicy nuggets are always OLD and HARD as a rock even when they're busy -even if you specifically ask for freshly made nuggets. Why bother to sell them? Obviously not enough people are buying them so they're just sitting there under the heat lamp drying out and hardening. Your new claim to "Hot & Crispy Gauranteed" is...
