Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in St. Ann

last time i ordered here was in may, and there was a huge piece of cardboard sticking out of my pizza (and also i ordered handmade pan pizzas which are more expensive than hand tossed and they just gave me hand tossed in the handmade pan box which is annoying too but rn i'm just gonna talk about the cardboard). so i called the store and i told them what happened and they straight up didn't believe me. they told me in the most condescending tone that that has never happened while they've worked there and that they don't think it's very likely. so then i had to jump through dozens of hoops to try and send in a complaint and get some sort of compensation because i am not paying for a pizza with cardboard sticking out of it! i finally find a page where i can submit a claim and it requests a store verification code to confirm that i called the store first. THEY NEVER GAVE ME A CODE!! so i try to ignore it, just send in the address and the next day i am greeted with an email saying they will cover part of my order in store credit. which is fine i guess, i took what i could get. so last night, i was craving dominos and i go to check the email to see if there was some sort of code for my store credit. they responded again to that email saying that they actually can no longer provide store credit because their records show that i already received credit. well my bank statement shows otherwise. i am so fed up with this whole thing because it's not worth it to argue with them about it anymore but i'm just really disappointed. do...

We had the worst experience this this place! we placed an online order after first going to the store to see how crowded they were. my daughter had to use the restroom so we just went home and got it for delivery. An hour goes by and we have no pizza so we call and the first lady that answered the phone was short and snappy when asking for our order details then realized that our order had not even been MADE yet and gave us fake empath saying I'm sorry we've been slammed. Mind you we went to the store front location and they were very dead. we then ask how much longer will it be and she tells us 15min until they start to cook it! so we are like okay that's fine we are hungry so we can wait a little longer. we then ask well since it's taking so long can we get the delivery charge refunded back to us. that's when I'm assuming the Manager grabbed the phone to say delivery charge doesn't go to them it goes to corporate which doesn't tell me why it cant be refunded. We then say okay well is there anything you can do to accommodate us for the inconviencely long wait. She responds rudely and snappy with well we dont guarantee delivery times so there's nothing we can do for you. like what? she clearly didnt want to be at work today. That made us just say forget it and requested a refund. and no longer ordering from...

My friend ordered pizza from here the driver was horrendously rude to them and called the police because their dog (a very friendly dog at that and also a training service dog) walked out of the house excitedly and was barking. After getting their dog back inside within a matter of seconds the driver made them walk out of their house and close the door to be rude and disrespectful on their door step. Once he left he called the police to pretend the dog was vicious. The dog is a damn training service dog shes young, excited at new people and HAS A MASSIVE ROLE IN MY FRIENDS WELLBEING BY WARNING THEM WHEN THEYRE ABOUT TO HAVE A MEDICAL ISSUE!!!!! I may live in london in england but that dog means the world to me and is the very centre of my friend life and wellbeing. That dog has a more respectable job than a delivery driver. My friend needs this dog and thanks to your delivery driver my friends wellbeing is being put on the line, not just a dogs life but possibly my friends too without this dog to warn...
