Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in St. Ann

This location has really upset me. I eat here often and they don’t fail to mess up the order nearly every time, including the last 3 times straight. I love imos and been eating it all my life and live in st Ann now. The Florissant location is great, but this location gets something wrong on every order. I gave it 2 stars because the manager has tried to correct the mistakes for me, but I don’t like having to call up there every time to let them know my meatball sub cold, or they forgot my dipping sauce, and this time my T ravs were undercooked. Lately multiple things in the order have been wrong. I’ll change this review if things get better but almost at the point To not even order at this one anymore. Last 3 orders: 1: the T-ravs were undercooked (soft..) and they gave me marinara sauce with my breaded mushrooms instead of ranch.. (pick up order) 2: meatball sub was cold and AGAIN they didn’t give me ranch with my breaded mushrooms (Didn’t give me any dipping sauce)(pick up order) Ordered a meatball sub for delivery with pizza. They brought garlic bread instead of a meatball sub, so I called them. We order at 9pm and at 11:15 they still hadn’t brought the meatball sub so I had them just refund my money.

Tuesday night is the night that the adult children all come home for dinner (my favorite night of the week, btw :). I was stuck on IL Route 3, trying to get onto the PSB to cross into Missouri and head back home. The traffic was a nightmare, and dinnertime was fast approaching. Not being really sure when I would get home, I called the St. Ann Imo's Pizza and placed my order, and briefly explained that I was calling from the car, not home yet, and could the order please be delivered at 6:30? The man I spoke with on the phone was very helpful (in spite of my poor cell phone connection). I finally got home a little before six, the kids started arriving at 6:15, and my doorbell rang promptly at 6:30 and there was the Imo's driver delivering our dinner. Everyone enjoyed it thoroughly, and I didn't have the last minute madness of trying to get a meal on the table when I was so short on time. we normally dont have any problems out of this location and have ordered many times. but tonight we just got some salads and i went to pick them up and they werent ready when i got there even though i showed up only 5- 10 minutes earlier than what the website said. i get home and were sitting down eating and i realize my fiance doesnt have any Eggs in his salad and he requested 3 of them and there was none. My salad was a ceasar salad but had grilled chicken in it with tomato in it and there was like a whole 3 pieces of tomato in it and there was carrots and cabbage in it. i didn't mind the carrots and cabbage it just threw me off because i had gotten the exact same salad 2 nights before and it was just ceasar salad (the romaine lettuce) and the chicken, cheese, tomato and croutons in it. this has happened before when we ordered food one night and its perfect and then a night or 2 later we get the same thing and its so different. this place is so...
