Dunkin' — Restaurant in St. Charles

Always friendly workers here. The manager is super-nice and always has a nice word or two to say to all of her customers. I don't know when she ever gets to leave, because any time of the day that I happen to come in it seems like she's working.

They get pretty busy at this location sometimes, so the wait can be a little long if you're ordering hot food. They are efficient though so you'll be in and out as quick as possible. I really like their black coffee here, it's not as bitter-tasting to me as Starbucks and I really like the taste. The hot food choices that they offer are decent - I think McDonald's makes better breakfast sandwiches though. That said - you can NOT beat this place for fresh donuts, especially on this side of St. Charles. Their bagels are more than decent too.

Anyway, the only two bad things that I can say is that 1. their hash browns are just terrible. They're always limp and half-cold, and just not good. The second thing is that they never have enough garlic bagels. If they'd just make 3 or 4 more of these delicious bagels available, especially on the weekends, I think that would make quite a few people happy.

Overall, a pretty good little DD location. It's always been clean in the seating area when I've been inside, which usually means that the rest of the store is clean too. If they'd just have garlic bagels more often, I'd give 5 stars, the only reason they lose the star is...

I dislike Dunkin Donuts in general but, I stop at a location here and there to pick up something for others, from time to time. Hands down, this location at 1566 E Main Street, is the most poorly operated location in the Fox Valley.

They are consistently out of products, clearly due to poor inventory control/ordering. Chalk it up to "Covid" and being short staffed... It's been two years. It's time for the excuses to end.

I tried to visit today and the lobby is again closed. I walked over with a stroller and my kids and upon pulling on the door, no one would take the time to even acknowledge us at the front door. Basic customer service is non existent here and if I owned this location, I would be embarrassed to have my name attached to this store.

There is no signage to advise that the lobby is closed. It was after 8AM today when I visited. If your lobby is closed indefinitely, then make that clear. Again, the other reviews I see address management being an issue and I am sure that is the same reason for my experience today. This appears to be the norm in the fast food service industry today so, good news for local mom and pop run...

The worst dunkin I have ever been to. I waited around for 20 minutes for my order while I watched the staff standing around. I ordered 2 bagels but apparently the girl did not hear me and only gave me one. They did not give me a receipt and could not find the receipt on their end either so I paid for another with extra cream cheese on the side, thank the girl and tipped her. I then waited longer and eventually had to ask about where my order was. It had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes!! I drove home and there was NO extra cream cheese so I drove back and the man behind the counter insisted I paid for it since I “wasn’t charged” He was a

I spent my whole morning at Dunkin! People have things to do and the staff here really knows how to ruin what is supposed to be a pleasant coffee run.
