Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in St. Charles

They advertised a promotion online for a $3.50 pizza. I ordered it online for carryout, which was a requirement, and selected a 14-inch, two-topping thin crust, as specified. However, the website didn’t give me the correct price, so I figured it was a mistake that could be fixed in person. Eight hours later, I drove an hour and a half to the nearest location listed on their website. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, they refused to honor the promotion because I hadn’t entered the promo code—which wasn’t shown anywhere online. Terrible experience. After spending over $40 on a pizza, one order of fries, and jalapeno peppers I had to wait almost an hour and 30 minutes before food arrived for delivery. Mind you, the weather was not terrible and despite calling to explain the situation, the ik individual answering phones decided to continue arguing with me that the driver was in the driveway. Additionally, I was told that "nothing could be done" because my card was already charged. Add in that ALL food items were cold, pizza wasn't even sliced completely, and the poppers had cheese that was not even melted. For the price, the terrible customer service, and the terrible quality of food we should have received a refund. Will NEVER purchase from here again. If I could give zero...

Rosatis! What can I say if you haven't tried them yet you definitely need to! They have some of the best pizza I have ever had and I have been eating at rosatis since I was a kid. The thin crust is my favorite and they have one of my favorite toppings (hot giardinerra) sausage and hot giardinerra on thin crust is amazing!! My absolute favorite combo and rosatis does it the best! Toppings are under the cheese and it is cooked until the cheese turns a little brown on top. They make it the right way and are my favorite pizza place to eat out at when I can afford to. This location is really fast with orders usually and employees are friendly.
