My friends and I went in to celebrate my friend's 21st birthday, we just wanted a couple of drinks and some food to start off the night. We were informed that carding was more in depth and we understood that, but as soon as the waitress looked over my friend's ID we started to have some problems. The General Manager came over and accused my friend of having a fake ID and threatened to call the cops on her even though the ID came from the DMV just a few weeks ago in the mail since her birthday was early September. They said this very loudly and embarrassed her. The GM went back and scanned the ID to double check the authenticity. The waitress came back over apologizing for the mix up and told us the ID was in fact real and that she was looking for the wrong thing given that it was a state ID and not a driver's license. We left right after that.

This situation was handled very poorly and I was so upset that my friend had to go through that embarrassment in front of a full bar. This restaurant needs to give the waitresses another training lesson on verifying IDs before throwing these accusations on people who don't deserve it. I understand having to crack down on fake IDs since it is a serious matter, but you need to learn...

Have been here a couple times and the food has been phenomenal, service has been good to excellent. It is basically a sports bar, and we don't drink or watch sports, so that aspect is meaningless to us. Lots of people there who are clearly regular patrons and know each other. Accept that it will be loud. We eat keto / low carb and found some delicious options: bacon wrapped shrimp skewers appie (avoid the honey-based dipping sauces, but you could probably ask for pesto or mayo- still great on its own, and the moderately spicy slaw is delish) steak sandwich, no bun- upcharge for the avocado salad is totally worth it. The brie, tomato, onion, pesto flavors on this were outstanding. steak with creamy garlic shrimp was perfectly cooked and so tasty. Would love to have them offer green beans or roasted brussels to go with, but the avocado salad was still wonderful. lettuce wrap tacos were good but other options were better Wish they had real fresh brewed iced tea instead of fountain, but it's a bar so I get it. Definitely looking forward to going back for a third time to try some...

Alexis was great. Kitchen and/or manager, meh. Told them the 3 sliders we ordered well done--the first two were pink inside, and the 3rd we cut in half to split was inedibly raw inside. They basically said "sowwwyyy :/ " and had us pay full price. Were willing to deal with the first 2 and not complain bc at least they were semi-cooked, but we didn't even try to eat the very underdone third one. Not even take 1/3 the price off for your mistake? Weird response from kitchen/manager!🙃 Oh and the serving of house chips we got were good (the first 4 or 5 whole chips we ate were pretty ok, but the rest of the serving was basically chip crumbs. Thanks for that! Mac and cheese was pretty ok, cocktail and beer were good. Stuffed pepper soup was good! Atmosphere was decent. Maybe just teach your kitchen staff how to cook done-ness levels, I guess. Again, Alexis was a stellar and attentive server. She even came back to make sure she knew how to ring in how we wanted the sliders cooked after ordering. We don't put any of yalls mistake or...
