I went in to order a meal. I had been driving from Chicago and I came up to visit my family. My son wanted to go to noodles and company. I googled this one. When I walked in, the cashier didn't greet us as I've been greeted at other Noodles and Companies before. I placed the order. She gave me the total. I went to pay in cash. She said we don't accept cash. I looked for my card in my purse. I then asked her where does it say that this restaurant doesn't accept cash. It isn't on line it doesn't say it on your website. She didn't reply or apologize. I offered if I could pay in exact change. She said they didn't have a til to drop it into. I was more upset with the customer service I received than her explanation. I paid with my card. A boy, Will came up front and told me that it costs too much money for the owner to update the Google website to reflect that the store does not accept cash. I advertise on Google ads for a small business. I'm a software developer. I can change my online advertisement information. Then he went on to say that each store is their own entity and they cannot post on the corporate website that they don't accept cash. All he had to do was politely apologize, maybe say he could pass a suggestion along and end the service with a smile. But no, no smiles at this Noodles and Company. He literally said I'm playing devils advocate and explained that this store was a franchise that didn't have control over their own marketing, all of which is unnecessary to explain...
Read moreI used the online ordering and went to the restaurant to pick up the food. It was ready when I got there. I didn’t unmark if I needed plasticware and when we decided to eat inside the restaurant, I couldn’t find any. I had to ask for some then found out they had included it in my order anyway.
I didn’t remember to take pictures right away but you can tell by the picture of the Mac & cheese that my grand daughter made a big dent in it before I got the picture. I had the Japanese noodles with tofu. The tofu was somewhat dry and tasteless. The rest of the dish was fine.
It was very quiet there when we stopped. People mostly came in to order and leave. Nice amount of parking...
Read moreI normally love noodles however lastwent here last night spent over $40 & all of the food was horrible. The pesto cavatappi barely had pesto, the tofu wasn't prepared, no seared edges, no Japanese sauce or seasoning just cubed white watery tofu. The Wisconsin Mac had no cheese sauce at all only unmelted shredded cheese on top, the Japanese pan noodles didn't even have the sauce fully incorporated half the noodles where white and stuck together. The buffalo Mac had super sticky noodles & black sesame seeds on top(which does not belong)korean meatballs had burnt sauce, honestly the worst experience I've ever had with noodles & definitely won't...
