Ordered pizza online, said card was declined, which it was not, my bank app showed that the transaction went through. This is a known issue that happens at this location, they have not fixed it. One time, my card was charged three times. I called the store to order over the phone, gave card information and told them where to drop pizza off. Told them I would not be able to come to get pizza or sign, and would not be able to answer the phone. Employee understood (this is an option to put in with online order). When pizza arrived, I was called by a coworker to let me know that it was here. When I finally got up to get it ( they were supposed to leave it there), I was told that "the driver had other orders to deliver and he just left with your pizza". I called the store, the employee stated that he would call the driver and have him come right back with it. He did so, and I was refunded again (twice now, for one pizza), and was delivered a cold and disgusting pizza that I could not even eat, and had no other options for food at that time of day. This was the last time that I will ever order from Toppers, as they have known about their issue with cards being declined online for over a year, and have not had it fixed, and then cannot follow very simple directions. What a disappointment.
Here we are 3 weeks later. Manager or owner asked for my contact information to âmake things rightâ. I sent it to her immediately. Funny... I have never heard from her. Customer service...
   Read moreI usually always come to toppers and havenât had a problem up until now. The man taking our order was amazing, Super nice and already knew what we wanted since weâre frequently there! To sum it up we came to pick up our order and we had to wait a additional 7 mins because theyâve messed something up, no big problem. When we got home we compared our pizza to our recipe, they labeled everything right. But didnât make it correctly. We specifically asked for no onions and tomatoes but they added 2 different kinds of onion. But that wasnât the part that bothered me. We asked for the cheese to be substituted with vegan mozzarella because I canât have dairy, but the cheese on the pizza was clearly not vegan. I decided to call toppers and see if weâre able to swap it out for a correctly made one like theyâve done before, but the lady on the phone was blatantly disrespectful. She didnât even try to go over the order with us or was even bothered by the fact she gave someone who couldnât have dairy, dairy. but proceed to hang up in my face. Out of every time Iâve ate from toppers. Iâve never would of expected this behavior for there workers! Never...
   Read moreFirst time at Toppers. Pulled up to pick up curbside order. First thing I see is a group of employees standing next to pizza prep table. Two of them have their masks pulled down while eating directly next to food prep table. If I hadnât already paid, I would have left.
I totally understand that employees have to eat. However, even in ânormalâ times it is not acceptable to be eating where food is prepared. Having your mask off your face and eating where food is made during a pandemic is really not good. Doing this right in front of giant windows is definitely not a good look.
