So my friends and I decided to make 360 St. Louis downtown one of our stops for our FriendsMas Pajama Bar crawl stops so that we could get the Christmas esthetic for our videos and photos. We arrived to the lobby of the hotel no issue downstairs at all even got drinks at the bar while waiting in line bartender even told us that I was good we go them downstairs because it was packed house, ok cool good to know. Before we went up we were told by the security or elevator attendant that we had to finish our drinks before going up (slightly confused as to whey but ok no problem). Get up stairs nice amount of people no issue at all, stand in line wait for drinks about 20 min not really an issue because hey it’s a the Christmas pop op bar everyone is out having a good time bar is moving as fast as the bartenders could. We order drinks it’s about 12 to 13 of us, we all order drinks most of us ordered the Holiday drinks being that it’s the holiday nice for the theme and esthetics, drinks were not as good as they sound 3 of us had the same drink everyone’s drink tasted different and looked different and I ordered everyone’s drink at the same time ok not cool but we will give them a pass. Now moving to seating all the seats inside or occupied at this point ( still trying to figure why at a pop up bar are we reserving parties and large groups but whatever, we sat outside around the fire pit I wasn’t bad weather out we are taking photos so we decided to go back inside because some of the girls didn’t want to be in the wind. We go back inside we see one particular area that was at that long down to 2 couples Siting there and we were under the impression that everyone was gone we even asked the couples that were siting there if the seats available and they were. In storms a young busser/server whatever he may have been demanding us to leave the room this is a private party you all don’t need to be in here, the manners, body language and tone where so out of order. My response to him was we apologize for the confusion but there is a way to talk and approach people and the way in which u entered the room and demanded us to leave is not cool and not going to fly with me or us. We left out went to another outside area and asked a mother server if he could turn on the fire pit no one ever turned it on go figure they not after what happened in the inside. So moving forward we notice that the tables where being moved in the once private room that were told to leave, and now the room is being filled by random people no protest part signs etc same two couples still sitting there. One of my friends very professional literally professional asked the server could she speak with him about the issue earlier, he agreed to talk to her okay cool. So then after about 3 minutes into the conversation and another server one four decent came up tell his coworker wrap this up they need to leave and even had secure with him as if we actually caused a scene I the place which we could have definitely done just that but again we are all young professionals college graduates and hold degrees and wonder careers why would we do that? So before it turns ugly and situations get real true to who we could be we will just head on out. All in all the demographics of this place are mixed and they only cater to a certain demographic I really hate that we still have to live in a place just as such but if no one speaks up shit will never be heard and what I don’t do is go back to any place that makes me feel uncomfortable and makes me feel like I’m being embarrassed for a mid understanding. Now that was our review and personal thoughts everyone else has different experiences so I’m telling g you my friends and myself won’t be back but you all can definitely check it out...

From the moment you step into the elevator, anticipation builds, and when you emerge onto the rooftop, you're greeted with panoramic views that quite literally take your breath away. The city sprawls out beneath you in every direction, offering a 360-degree vista that lives up to the bar's name.
But what truly sets 360 apart is its service, epitomized by the remarkable Jessica and the talented bartender, Janay. This duo doesn't just serve drinks; they craft an evening. Jessica's warmth and professionalism make you feel like royalty. She remembers your name, your drink preference, and even the little details you mentioned in passing. Her knowledge of the cocktail menu is encyclopedic, and her recommendations are spot-on, ensuring that every sip is a journey in itself.
Janay, behind the bar, is a mixologist maestro. Her flair for creating cocktails is matched only by her engaging personality. Watching her work is like witnessing art in motion. Each drink she prepares is not just a beverage but a crafted experience, with flavors that surprise and delight. Her ability to read the room and tailor drinks to suit the mood or occasion is nothing short of magical.
The ambiance at 360 is nothing short of magical. The blend of chic, modern decor with the open sky creates an atmosphere that's both intimate and expansive. The music is perfectly curated, enhancing the mood without overpowering the conversations. Whether you're there for a romantic evening, a business meeting, or just to unwind, the setting caters to every whim.
The drinks? Exquisite. Each cocktail is crafted with precision, the flavors dancing on your palate in a symphony of taste. And don't get me started on the food pairings – they elevate the drinking experience to new heights.
Jessica's and Janay's outstanding job doesn't stop at serving; they're storytellers, weaving tales about the city's skyline, the history of the Hilton, and even personal anecdotes that make you feel connected not just to the place, but to the community. Their presence alone adds stars to the experience.
In summary, 360 at the Hilton, with Jessica and Janay as your hosts, isn't just a visit; it's a memory in the making. If you're looking for a place where the service is as breathtaking as the view, this is it. Five stars feel insufficient for the sheer delight this rooftop bar offers. Here's to hoping Jessica's and Janay's magic continues to enchant guests for...
Read moreThis place literally treated me last trash!! The (1 )is giving them undeserved credit. Sad thing is I have personally recommended this establishment and had several big corporation functions held at this place. As a matter of fact the event held this night was due to my recommendation. Not only was I polite as per usual. I was ignored, dismissed, taunted, and embarrassed by the out loud inappropriate and unjustified treatment. Additionally my order was 45min delayed. My entire table food came before mine, yet I ordered 20min before everyone and separate. My order came by the time others were almost done with their meal. Not only did I not like the food, I still wanted to pay my bill regardless. As I asked the waitress for my bill, she in turned advised another guest next to me they bill as a table. As my entire table began to slowly disrupt due to the table never being informed. I went quickly and quietly to get a manager sent over to the table, who came over pretty quickly. When I discussed my concerns of my own bill and ready for payment, I was told “if you look at the bottom of the menu, it’s right there”, as it related to billing. As I discussed the dismay of my horrible service. I was told by the manger to configure what I owe and write it down. I express how the the waitress took the order as it should be recorded for appropriate billing. In turn, I disclosed the burger meal and Tito’s mix drink was my order. Once it was determined bills were separate as a whole and I was by myself, I received my bill. As I handed my card to the waitress to pay, I inquired why was there a double charge on gratuity? I was told “well you’re here as a group”. I then stated I thought this was discussed which was I have my own bill individually. I then inquired is this unethical or unlawful to double charge a persons gratuity as an individual and group on one bill? I was told by waitress, standing by the manger to sign it bill and leave. I was entirely upset, shocked, embarrassed and disappointed. Not only was these two “WHITE WOMEN” who were proudly showing the lack of respect, to a well respected BLACK WOMAN, it’s the disregard to the lack of empathy of others around witnessing the act!! Truly Disgusting human beings!! Oh they kept my credit card, lied and said they didn’t have it and attempted to charge it the next day. TOO BAD CARD WAS BLOCKED!! I...
