Where do I start. (LONG POST but WORTH IT) 1: Booking Appointment Firstly, Alicia the leasing agent… WOW! The whole process took me no more than 48 hours from showing to occupancy. I got lucky with a last minute showing and when I say wow I kid you not! I fell in love once I met the front desk receptionist! By the way, 24/7 security and controlled access is chef’s kiss! So this luxury complex really made a good first impression. Because I did NOT expect it to be this amazing and here’s why…. 2: The Showing When she showed me the 1 bedroom I also just wanted to see what my options where and what did she do… BAM, showed us a few more units and I loved all of them. Different perspectives and views to fit the slightly differing prices respectfully in my opinion. St. Louis has a ā€œloftā€ district but THIS!!!! THIS!!! One Cardinal Way luxury apartment living REALLY makes you feel like you are on a vacation with what they have you living in. 3: The Apartment and Amenities Luxury top finishes! Deep solid soft closing cabinet doors. Plenty of space for storage. Which was surprising. The hall passageways in even the 1 bedroom were nice and spacious. Solid flooring nothing too crazy but nicely done to match the finish throughout the whole apartment. This might not be a big thing for others but the hot water my goooooodness it’s hot! And the hvac works so well that the whole place can be set to 77 in the summer and you don’t even realize it till you finally see the temp. It’s very very well insulated. We don’t hear neighbors at all and that’s a BIG deal. Balcony is nice and a welcome plus to the experience especially if you are on the higher floors. Even the 8th floor will still have you feeling good with your view. Now the AMENITIES… the AšŸ‘MENšŸ‘TIšŸ‘TIES my goodness everyone will tell you that you will love the 8th floor… I’m sorry but I won’t spoil it… but I will say, you’ll love it. The comfort, the rooms, the privacy, the community, the people, the hint hint pool table and 1000000 screens… 🤤. And since you’re here… I made this review because people should be able to read real resident reviews from someone who has truly been able to experience the highs and lows of renting and whew!!! This… is like a vacation living here. 4: Cost and Rewards Do they cost a tad bit more than other places yes, but, and a BIG but, I would say they were decently priced for all of what you get, and the discounts to some good places within the ballpark village. Easily accessible. Everything can be delivered here. Parking is easy! Low cost! I have to get to the movies right now so I can’t finish 5,6,7, and point 8 this review šŸ˜… but look… If you’re on the edge of living here… you probably just missed out on the available unit you wanted (like what happened to me under 24 hours while I twiddled my fingers) but then I acted and got the PERFECT unit! But if you’re in the edge, just DO IT! It is WORTH IT! This level of peace would cost you way more anywhere else and I gotta say… this is a new luxury standard in my book! šŸ™ŒšŸ½ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„šŸ™ŒšŸ½

Update 8-8-22: Over the last several months I have seen a remarkable change. While there are still some "characters", my experiences have been really positive lately and a lot of the new residents are upscale professionals who know how to have fun while being respectful of others. I really like it here now and it's been a great place to watch a historic season of baseball. My positive comments about the staff still stand. As a result, I think it's now a 5 star experience. Previous Review;I love the place, the management staff and those working the bar. It's very nice and a pleasant place to live. However, it is the kind of place, sadly, that proves money does not buy class nor those who understand basic social cues. Some residents, luckily few, are often in various states of inebriation, are not always accepting of others different from themselves, and are aggressive about forcing interactions you don't wish to have. If you don't want to talk to them they are offended. It's frankly weird. So if you're an introvert who likes to be able to sit quietly and enjoy a drink by the bar or pool, then this place might be a challenge. If you're loud, talk about how much money you have (while evicted for failing to pay rent), part of the Ed Hardy YOLO crowd who live for likes, and have a slight drinking problem then you've found home. Clearly, there are more people than I realized who are lonely, desperate for validation and could really use a hug. Fortunately, when I'm not out west, I spend most of my time watching Cards games from my balcony, drifting along in the really nice heated pool, having a drink at the bar with the great staff, and enjoying the excellent events they hold there. So 90% of the residents are fantastic, the others I try to avoid. Luckily, most of those are moving out and it's definitely changing for the better.

So awesome, wish I had moved here sooner! 8th floor has great amenities, including gym, lounge areas to hang out or watch the Blues games, demo kitchen, movie lounge, grills, pool, work space, and view of Busch Stadium, of course! Nice mail/ package rooms with handy shredbox, a tiny market for snacks and essentials, friendly/ helpful staff at the front desk 24 hours. There are fun activities planned frequently and discounts for residents at various locations (including free membership at Genesis). Really fun to have guests visit. Pretty easy to move into the building using the loading dock and freight elevator. The location is great with restaurants, the arch, shops, and Enterprise Center within walking distance. I have a dog but feel safe walking him, even at night, because of the BPV security and lights/ people around. He loves walking through BPV and meeting people in the elevator. I have a studio apartment on the north side, my view of the city is great, and there's not a lot of noise from neighboring apartments. I love it! Shout out to Erin for coordinating the events, Clinton for showing me around and coordinating my lease, Rodney for great service, and Nick at the front desk!

I moved in three weeks ago and I can honestly give it a 5 stars! They have so many amenities, which is the reason I put a deposit the same day I got a tour. My apartment and view are absolutely beautiful and the people in the building are generally warm!

The day I moved in they left me a bottle of wine, signature glasses, and a plush robe. Everyone I have brought to my place says ā€œit feels like a resortā€ā€™ and it DOES. I am a remote worker so for me where I live in super high, I will spend on my housing as it doubles as an office.

The fact that ā€œifā€ I didn’t want to I never have to pay for a cardinals game because the view from my apartment is so good! Anytime I have people first come over I get WOW. I believe I’ll be here for a while … at least I decide if I want to move out of state (to a beach!)

The events!! I’ve only been to 1-2 but so worth the time! Often times I don’t go to events thrown my my complex in the past but that definitely will change!

One thing I can point out that should be feedback especially since I’m on such a long lease with possible plans of extension (assuming it keeps being this great) some staff aren’t approachable. Not all, actually most are but there is some that I don’t feel comfortable asking anything to and I don’t like that. When they see me they aren’t warm, they barely say hi. I have thick skin so I really don’t care but I definitely feel I should be able to come to staff or at least they should be approachable in a WARMER way. I shouldn’t see them warm with other residents and unwelcoming to me. I don’t like that. I am super busy so I haven’t had time to actually meet with anyone about this but it is feedback I’m leaving in my review because I’ve noticed it the last 3 weeks here. I’m pretty bubbly and welcoming to people in general so it just rubs me completely the wrong way when I see others getting at least a hi and when this particular person sees me it’s super dry or just no acknowledgment at all. I don’t like that at all - but super open to having a conversation. All in all GREAT unit, great location, great all around. I was paying the same price in Seattle for a nice building but it didn’t have half the amenities that are at...

I was one of the first residents in one cardinal way. My 2 year stay started out great with the original leasing team. Before the first year of one cardinal way being opened ended, pretty much every position had turned over to a new staff. The new staff, the quality of service, and the quality of the building have declined substantially to the point that I would not recommend anyone Move to one cardinal way. The elevators break down weekly and take weeks to get fixed. Recently all three elevators were down and people were forced to use stair wells only. This building had 30 floors, so you can imagine how difficult that was for some of the residents. Also, there have been frequent water leaks in the building that affected multiple floors and the one cardinal way team sent very delayed communication about this. The parking garage has also been an issue where the gates will stop working and residents are unable to enter and exit; another huge inconvenience when trying to go to work. On several occasions, I have witnessed the staff speaking to residents disrespectfully. This building claims to be luxury and offer concierge type services, but there is nothing luxury about this building, and over the two years I lived there I was never offered actually concierge like services. The staff is often times non responsive unless you send multiple emails. They frequently ignore emails and phone calls. They also ignore resident complaints and concerns. I also had the worst move out experience with this team that I have ever had with an apartment. Their process was very disorganized and confusing. I was told different protocols by the team that didn’t align with what was in the lease and the staff would not honor what was communicated to me by the staff, which ended causing me to incur extra costs during my move out. Although I brought this to their attention, they were unwilling to resolve the issue completely. Again, I would not recommend anyone move to this building. You definitely do not get what you pay for and the staff continues to be sub par and...
