UPDATE: I received voicemail from manager, and he addressed the issues regarding the charges. Changing my review of service from 2 to 3 stars.

Very disappointing experience. Stopped here on our visit to St. Louis from Milwaukee. Our NBA team is in the playoffs, and reviews said this was a good place to watch sports. The game was not being shown on any of the TVs at the bar, however, so we asked a bartender to please put it on one of the TVs, which she did. Side note - the bar was NOT busy at all as there was a Cardinalsgame in progress across the street. We ordered 1 regular size nutrol and 1 cocktail. Watched part of the Bucks game until suddenly the channel was changed to hockey playoffs. There were like 2 other people at the bar. We figured, fine - they are also showing the Milwaukee Brewers vs Cardinals game on another tv so we will watch that until bartender comes back then we will ask. But then they started blasting the radio play by play for the baseball game and the radio was two pitches ahead of the tv broadcast - super annoying!!!We decided to just leave and try to watch the NBA playoffs elsewhere. I told the inattentive bartender to close out my tab. When we got to our hotel, i looked at the charges and saw we we were charged $30 for the cocktail ($12 on menu) and nutrol ($9). The next day we went back and asked and were told no manager was available but they took my info. Today the charge went thru, no contact...

If you want Chili's quality food with excellent service and atmosphere this is your place, but if you want quality food go elsewhere. I was disappointed the place no longer serves brunch, but my family and I came with an open mind to try what the menu has. The Baja shrimp tacos were good. The Philly cheese steak sandwich has 'cheese WIZ' cheese and its actually ground beef not steak...it lacked flavor. Fries were room temperature, but crisp. Drinks...I ordered a bourbon Peach and I swear it tasted like a watered down nonsweet tea. There was not a hint of bourbon in it at all. The portion was good at least. So food is straight 3/10. Drinks 0/10. I was HIGHLY disappointed. Sidenote: a 'new' menu item is their wagyu sloppy joe...now idk but that just seems totally disrespectful. Like who wants high quality beef made into sloppy joe??? But hey whatever. The hostess and our server were VERY professional, friendly and accommodating. 10+/10! We asked for a manager, but that individual never came over, instead let it all the server to meditate (which I also found displeasing) Atmosphere and events to draw you in 9/10! Karaoke Tuesdays, big screens for sports events, Bingo all are great ways to enjoy your experience there. Just recommend revising...

We haven’t been to a Cards game in several years and had not been to Ballpark Village yet so we decided to come early to the game today and get some lunch. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table and the hostess was very nice. Unfortunately that’s where it pretty much ended. We waited at least 10 minutes before our waiter finally came and asked what we wanted to drink. I was just about ready to go looking for someone. Also the food menu was very limited, which is fine but what we ordered was just ok and cost more than what was on the menu. I should have asked or looked online sooner but noticed online later that there were other things on another menu we could have ordered that we probably would have enjoyed much more. We had waited so long when the waiter finally showed up that we were already ready to order food. I’m not sure what was wrong with our waiter but he seemed like he was angry at the world. He disappeared for long periods of time and we even joked that we had better ask for our bill as soon as we see him again or who knows when he’ll be back. The atmosphere was great and I’m sure if we had a different waiter or waitress and were offered the complete menu, we would have enjoyed...

I'm in town for business and decided to come here to watch TNF. When I arrived, it was pretty scarce and the bar had a bingo game going on, even though the football game was already on (Not an issue, just an observation) so half of the TV's were displaying the game, and the other half (plus the audio) had bingo. I sat at the bar for about 15 minutes watching the game, and was COMPLETELY IGNORED. The bartenders NEVER acknowledged me even though there weren't many patrons there. A group of guys eventually came in and sat at the bar, and they were almost immediately greeted and served. More people began to come in and they were serviced while I was continuing to be ignored by the bartender in the pic as well as another male bartender. I just left. Discriminatory service is absolutely uncalled for.

The food service and atmosphere were amazing. They played some good music while we ate. The waitress was checking on us often and constantly refilling our drinks and alcohol. We got a delicious dessert called ice cream nachos. For dinner we had wings and one of us had pasta with steak. Overall, the food was amazing. Cook very well and had a great flavor. High table seating was awesome and the chairs that you sit in at those high tables were large and comfortable. It was definitely my favorite place we ate at during our week here in St. Louis.

Very cool place! Outdoor and indoor seating, with an open air restaurant/bar. Multiple games such as ski-ball, foosball, etc. The service and the food was excellent! They have great cocktail menu. Tim, the bartender was awesome! He made excellent drinks and was super friendly and engaging when possible. They have different specials on different nights of the week, so definitely a good weekday option. Right across from Busch Stadium, you can actually hear the game if you're seated outside.
