This Chippewa location of Arby's seems to really be struggling as of late. I started eating here prior to Covid... When I would dine in the food was acceptable and I enjoyed it. I have used the drive thru here 5 or 6 times since 2019 and have had essentially the same type of negative experience each time. The food is packed in the bag in such a way that it spills. The sliders have crusty and dried out buns and less meat than they do at other locations, the meats are cold and cheese is not melted, the buffalo chicken is sometimes undercooked, and often stacked at the bottom of the bag so that the other items sit on top which gets Buffalo sauce all over them. Which is a huge mess when you get home to eat... And even more annoying when you're trying to eat in a vehicle. It's also annoying that this location still doesn't support mobile ordering. I am old school and prefer to pick up my food myself but I do enjoy the option of using an app to place the order to streamline the drive-thru process... Anybody who has ever used the mobile ordering option at Chick-fil-A understands how smoothly it can be executed. Honestly even Jack in the Box has it figured out better than Arby's when it comes to mobile ordering. Arby's just seems to be slacking in my opinion. However like I said I prefer to pick up my food myself and not have it delivered by a delivery service and because of that I appreciate good customer service in the drive-thru. Despite all the negative things about my experience I will admit that the person working the drive-thru window today was very pleasant and kind and seem to be doing his job well... The problems seemed more systemic to me possibly with corporate or local level management. This is a long review but to be honest I probably will not go back to this location to eat again... It's too close to other restaurants that have much better service and...

My mom had not been to an Arby’s for like 4-7 years and she wanted a roast beef and cheddar while she was in town. I ordered a roast beef sandwich with cheddar and a sesame seed bun. (She won’t eat onion roll)

Like I said, she is a picky eater and that is why I ordered the 3 sandwiches this way. I also got a few other sandwiches and sides for family as well. They were all great but I feel like if something was wrong they would have give me attitude about them as well.

I get home and there is a red sauce all over the bottom. no big deal, I just go back and politely ask if they can remake them without this sauce. (I am NEVER rude to people until other get rude with me)

I immediately get attitude from the woman in charge. says that is what it comes with, it’s in the picture etc. she had no intention of helping me over 3 sandwiches.

I let her know that my mom and I have not been to an Arby’s in 4-7 years and had no clue that the sauce was on them now. it wasn’t like that before.

Also. In the picture there is like a tiny bit of red at the bottom of the bun to indicate the sauce. If you did not tell me it was there, I would not be able to see it.

Anyway, I had to basically beg for her to please remake them. They did, but they were not happy about it at all. super unprofessional and makes this location look bad. Also, here I am giving a 1 star review they could have avoided.

I will never go to this Arby’s again.

you should not walk out of any business and feel gross by the interaction ever. You should at least and bare minimum have customers leave feeling neutral or at best, happier for have spent money at your...

The outside lights have not been on in months, makes drive thru hard to read. Today I went and when I pulled up to order No one said one word, after about 8mins, I just said “ Hello! Are you guys open?” Then I heard what I thought was a Hello back, so I said “ Oh Ok! Im ready to of ready whenever you’re ready.” The guy ( fat black man with a feminine voice and glasses) responded back in a very rude tone “ I said hold on maaaaam!” I apologized and said “ oh I’m sorry I didn’t hear that! I thought you were saying hello! “ So I waited another 5 mins, thinking maybe they were new and being trained. The comes back and just asks “ what do you want ?” Lol So I start to tell him and he cuts me off. So at this point Im worried they will do something to my food, so I just tell him “ never mind I’ve changed my mind bc you are being very rude!” He responds “ ok bye!” Don’t Know how this place is still running. The food is always good, but it has the worst...

I'm say not even bother with this arby's. Make the extra drive and goto the 1 on Lemay. I drove thru there drive thru expecting service. I waited a min or so before acknowledged over intercom to be told "If you want to order there will be a 10 min wait!" So I was waiting and then was told "I would need to park in a parking spot." No other cars was in drive thru. So I asked why I would be waiting? They state "They was cleaning." So I pulled around and then the person in the picture walked out with a head set on and lit a cigarette.(sorry I was unable to get there face) I was mind blown by this. I have worked at an arbys before as a regular crew member, but I could manage this establishment way better then whom ever is now. 1: They should have taken the order 2: Then parked the customer 3: bring food to customer all with out stating they was cleaning. Poor management. If I could have rated 0 I would have. Thanks. Date of visit 11/03/2021 also in picture details

Update a bit later: I have been seeing the Country Rib Sandwich commercials for a bit and thought I would give them a try. They are pretty good, very meaty. Would give them 5 stars. Averaging that and my previous 3 star review below, upping the score to 4 stars. Pretty tasty BBQ sauce also. Earlier Review: This photo is misleading. The sandwiches aren't that big. After seeing the commercials on TV for the Petite Fillet Steak Sandwiches, I was eager to try one. A great idea that isn't as good as you think it should be in execution. Fillets, being a very lean cut, just aren't as tasty as other cuts of beef. When I cook one at home, which isn't very often, I use a little more salt, pepper, and maybe some garlic butter. The sandwiches tend to fall apart as you eat them, which surprisingly doesn't detract from the overall experience - you just grab a fork and go. Next time, I think I'll stick with the brisket, Reuben, or traditional gyro.
