It was our first time here and we would return without question! I’m a classic pepperoni pizza lover, my husband is a bit more adventurous. There are limited specialty recipes, but we decided to try the Southtown pie (a buffalo chicken pizza with some of the best ranch I’ve ever had) and single slices of pepperoni. I’m usually hesitant or ordering a single slice because I’m concerned about freshness and quality. I would not hesitate to order a slice from Buds again. It was very fresh, cheese was stretchy and plentiful, cupped pepperoni was crispy *chef’s kiss* The slices are huge! 16” pies, cut into 6 giant slices. I did confirm with someone that in the future we could ask for double cut to make the pieces more manageable. I had 2 slices (one of the single serve pep and one Southtown) and now I am completely stuffed! Service was efficient and we did not find our self needing much or having to wait. My only disappointment was when we ordered the Buds Nugs, I didn’t realize (didn’t read the menu, it is stated there) that I had a choice of side sauce. The server did not ask and it was served with hard butter. Ended up asking for a side of marinara, turns out we were charged $1. No big deal, just would encourage the server to ask in the future which sauce we preferred.

This was a great experience. We had 4 in our group and two with dietary restrictions. I called ahead and was informed they had options for us. They had the best GF pizza I've had since going GF about 5 years ago. Shelly was our server and was very personable and put up with our joking with her. One of the managers stopped by the table to check with the folks who had dietary restrictions, which we thought was great. We also talked with, I believe, the chef as he was very knowledgeable about the food. We asked about the GF pizza and if it was pre-made dough that they bought. He said they make the dough once a week and freeze it to limit the chance of cross contamination. He learned how to make it from a restaurant in NY. This was the biggest GF pizza I have ever ordered in a restaurant - 16 inches. They had vegan cheese, which went over well also. My daughter said it was really good and actually melted more so than what she is used to with dairy free cheese. The salad dressings are homemade, and I was told they were fantastic by 2 from our group that had them. Lastly, the restaurant and especially the restrooms, were very clean. We all 4 would definitely recommend Bud's Pizza and have already done so. Can't wait to go back!

From the very skilled team that brought us Golden Hoosier, now there is an upscale pizza place with a downscale name of Bud's Pizza. The execution is perfect, after being open only a few weeks. The staff is perfectly executing this as if they have been open a year or more. The decor is fun, stylish and maybe could use a bit more iconic flair since it isn't full pizzaria and isn't full Golden Hoosier but is a low key mix. Some pizza art might be good? Like I said The service is perfect and well oiled. The only main complaint would be the menu. The pizza menu is solid, creative, but could take a few lessons from Katie's Pizza in the flavor mixes. Also, the cocktail flavors might need to be rethought. The punch is solid but a few of the others, I can't believe too many people are going to be buying. This isn't cheap pizza, so get ready if you are coming here for a date or group, you will drop $15 a person minimum. If it wasn't for that price point, this would be a five-star easy answer, but at that price point it needs a little bit more finesse a little bit more menu and a little bit more decor but is a great addition to the area. No question.

As a person who lives in Oakville who is pretty picky almost snooty about his favorite pies, I have several favs. I haven't stepped in to your place yet, but I can tell by the food-well, I love it, so I am giving you 5 stars for atmosphere based on what I am about to state. This Crown Jewel-I don't know who created it but may be my favorite pizza ever. It's like someone read my mind and created the perfect vegetarian pizza for Lent or sometimes I add bacon as I am not vegetarian and pizza is a once a week treat for me but always add roasted garlic, jalapeno-yes oh and I went extra chimichurri in addition this last order, I am that guy who doesn't mind spending $45-$50 bucks on my pie and tip my driver nicely. The ricotta and chimichurri-just wow. You have officially turned me into a fan of both-I could eat both together with a spoon-you guys need to create a T-shirt that says Bud's Crown Jewel. I would come in and buy the first 2. Ringer T's Red White and Blue-I'd sell them for you and your food made with that oh, so creative touch. Oh and one last thing-phenomenal crust although word to the wise you were so kind as to give me so much chimichurri it soaked through the box and I didn't even care. P.S. I haven't had but maybe two pizzas from anywhere else in the last 3mos. I feel the need to confess on this Good Friday because I feel like I am...
